Collection and analysis pulse information in multibile wayBaroreceptor of pulse, electrocardio-transducer, and photoelectricity transducer are integrated to get sufficient pulse information by obtaining pulse information of pressure pulse wave, leadⅡelectrocardiogram, and photoplethysmograhic pulse wave of finger tips.Simplex pulse and complicated pulse both have attributes of"the Position, the Rate, the Shape, the Force", and each of them is one variable of pulsing posture. Pulsing posture is a variable combination of multivariate system, which means different attribute combines different pulsing posture. To present the pulse tracing with four kinds of attributes"the Position, the Rate, the Shape, and the Force"is the breakthrough of methodology in pulse research.Automatic analysis of pulse tracing characteristic is the base of objectification, and the accuracy degree of analytic result determines reliability of successive processing and practicability of the equipment.Pulse diagnosis instrument is manufactured with mechanisms of pulse information analyzed with reduced integration, and integrated with upgrade stage and dimension.2 Collection and analysis tongue information in multibile way2.1 Collection of glossoscopy informationAccording to practical requirements in clinic, glossoscopy instrument is designed. The problem researches on collecting methods of tongue image from facies lingualis to lingual root in sitting position and prostration position. A small, portable, agility collection instrument of tongue image is designed based on ergonomics principle. It includes bionic lens hood with anchor point of nose apex, light source design for tongue image collecting in a short distance, acquisition equipment fixing, chassis design, shade-guide fixing, and so on, and designing and selecting of other components.2.2 Automatic analysis of glossoscopyAutomatic analyzing and rectifying the tongue image information is based on hardware manufacture. Tongue image of RGB colour space is transformed into HSI colour space, and edge detection and image segmentation of tongue body are conducted before characteristics of tongue is discriminated. Accurate extent of analytic result determines reliability after disposal and practicability of equipment. Automatic analysis of tongue demonstration characteristic includes entirety information analysis and local information analysis. The former is mainly about tongue image information analysis based on colouration, texture, shape, sublingually collaterals while the latter is mainly about partly and micro information of tongue image.3 Modular construction of inspection, listening, smelling examination and inquireContent of inquisition includes general state, chief complaint, presenting complaint, and so on. Presenting complaint is the remaining minor symptoms except chief complaint, and it is as important as chief complaint. The software provides input of minor symptoms, and the quantity is not limited.Besides inquiry, others information like inspection, listening and smelling examination can be input into the computer after the doctor examines.4 Integration of digitalized four diagnostic informationThe research forms pulse information database, glossoscopy database, inspect database, inquire database and other database based on portable, multiparameter, combined pulse modular, glossoscopy modular and software of synthesis of the four diagnostic methods. The system divides symptoms obtained from inspection, listening and smelling examination,inquiry, pulse instrument and glossoscopy instrument into principal syndrome, minor syndrome, tongue demonstration, and pulse tracings.
