Nowadays our medical information service industry faces many prominent challenges in its way to develop.Take Beijing for instance,it is home to numerous modernized comprehensive hospitals and an ideal place to pursue medical help for patients all over the country.Statistics show that since 2013,the city's medical institutions' annual visits has surpassed two hundred million,approximately six million visitors per day on average.However,patients encounter many difficulties such as lack or sometimes overload of medical information,also misleading medical information among constructive one.These all make a good medical resource integration and a more efficient medical service the society's main concern.Guided by this social need,this paper delivers an highly efficient public medical information collection and integration technology,launched on the recent intelligent mobile terminal(smart phone,PAD etc.),this is gradually becoming an urgent need of all.The mobile era has arrived as a result of the fast developing information technology.Nowadays,easy access to smart phones,tablets,and all kinds of wearable devices has made every aspect of the life we live much more enjoyable.A thorough system for medical information collection,integration and deliver service is delivered through analyzing the needs and expectations of patients and their family,checking weak points in the recent medical information service market,studying medical information collection and public service technique,thoroughly studying and combining Moblie GIS map tech.,Jsoup data collection tech.and cloud services tech.Also establishing Beijing as a pilot body to implement,demonstrate and analyze this technique on intelligent mobile terminal devices.The main focus in studying the medical information integration and public service technique is on the delivery,collection,updating and storage of medical information online.This system's function structure is designed according to users' need.In terms of system technology implementation,respectively the article choose Android system as the client part,JDBC as the server for data interaction,both PostgreSQL-the lightweight open source and Android software SQLite as data storage,respectively deals with complicated and tiny volumes of data and Tomcat7 as the Web server.In addition,this system implements some third party SDK such as Amap SDK etc,fully enriches its function,the map and POI data,making it the only mobile application which marries LBS to medical service.In order to solve the recent need for medical resources,to reshape unstable situations such as difficulties met by patients as a whole and the intensified doctor-patient relation,to serve all patients and to help the government to supervise doctor-patient relation,beyond the above research work,this article also accomplished the system's feasibility and significance analysis,detailed designing and launching,putting medical resource self-service system in Beijing into practice,fulling implementing and analyzing medical information integration and public service technique,presenting patients and their family a convenient platform for medical and the surrounding living information.The main functions of which includes: navigation for the whole medical facility,disease classification,nearby hospitals and surrounding transportation and accommodation information,all these allow users to obtain the pieces of medical or local living information that best suit them.In conclusion,this system of technology presented in this paper is delivered by studying the recent problems met by medical information service industry,analyzing and studying medical information integration and public service technique,and at last the feasibility of which is examined by being implemented and demonstrated in Beijing as a medical information self-service system and and it has been functioning well.
