The most important inducing reason of relapse are long term withdrawal symptoms and Protracted withdrawal symptoms. Nowadays chinese traditional medicine(CTM) has become more and more identified for this treatment. Using CTM on abstain syndrom and delaied abstain syndrom is quietly important step during the abuser detoxication, totally getting well and return back to society. And this, also, is one of the abstain method full of Chinese characteristic, which has historical and social dual-meaning.This study has three parts. The first chapter is introduction by reviewing literature, fist of all simply introduce the concept and principle of heroin addiction and opiate withdrawal syndrome syndrome. Secondly it summarize the development and research focus & difficulty of opiate Protracted withdrawal syndrome through the concept of opiate Protracted withdrawal syndrome, the relationship between opiate Protracted withdrawal syndrome and relapse, the principle of opiate Protracted withdrawal syndrome, the CTM theory of opiate Protracted withdrawal syndrome and the development of treatment of opiate Protracted withdrawal syndrome by using CTM. It shows clearly the direction and cut-in point of this study.The second chapter is the toxicological principle, the basic study of pharmercutical effect and basic laboratory study of the focus of new medicine U'finer. It proved that U'finer has clinical feasibility and valuation.The first section of the third chapter is the methodological basic and quality guarantee of brain dopamine visibility through SPECT. To get the reliable result, we establish a suit of feasible and simple method and quality control criterion.The main content of the study is the chief part visuiblity of SPECT-DAT, that is molicullar prob, the condition of immaging equipment, and the stibility of 99mTc-TRODAT-1. This study have proved the value of U'finer on the opiate Protracted withdrawal syndrome by using animal lab, cellular lab and molecular imaging method. It makes a new clinical method for the treatment of heroin addiction encephalopathy.
