Objective: This experiment embarks from the molecular level,observation Chinese native medicine JIANGU granule to GIO sickness forming process in VEGF and collagen I mRNA expression level influence,thus discusses its preventing and controlling glucocorticoids-induced osteoporosis sickness mechanism.Methods: In order to discuss the JIANGU granule treatment GIO molecular action mechanism, this research takes the osteoporosis sickness animal experimentation model by the glucocorticoids-induced induction domestic rabbit, through HE dyeing research Chinese native medicine JIANGU granule to vacancy bone sunken number influence; Through the immunity histochemistry technology,observes the blood vessel bast growth factor in the bone tissue expression. Through home position hybrid technology,in mRNA member level research, collagen I mRNA distribution and expression.Result: the Chinese native medicine JIANGU granule may make the vacancy bone sunken number reduction. The immunity group demonstration, the JIANGU granule may enhance VEGF in the bone tissue expression level.
