Objective to investigate the preparation of chitosan encapsulated porus calcium polyphosphate bioceramic, provide a feasible project to solve the bone defection Method produceing the chitosan microball by chemical steps,producing the calcium polyphosphate bioceramic by many steps which are precalcinations, ball milling, admixing and calcinations. Using the chemical method to encapsule the calcinations bioceramic by chitosan. The physicochemical and biomechanics properties and toxicity of the sample were measured. Result The porous calcium polyphosphate bioceramic is a kind of porous bony framework materials.,it is anon-toxic and have good compressive strength.Conclusion Chitosan cncapsulated porous calcium polyphosphate bioceramic is non-toxic and has a good biomechanics property. It is an excellent materials for bone replacement.
