BackgroundAlong with the changes in modern spectrum, as a high rate of sudden death disease thoracic aortic dissection incidence rate increased significantly. But its pathogenesis is not clear. In particularly, why was dissecting prevalent in the thoracic aorta instead of the abdominal aorta? Why would be happened, Stanford type B aortic dissection tears always were found in the artery ligament region (aortic isthmus), it has been plagued by clinical medical doctors.We would find out the incidence of aortic dissection, when the wall has been studied with hemodynamic.
