The Characters Of Cardiovascular Circadian Rhythm In Children And Neonates

Objective:The present article is focus on the characters of cardiovascular circadian rhythm in children and neonates, and would reveal the development of the circadian system.Method:The blood pressure and heart rate were detected with ambulatory blood pressure monitor and their circadian characters were analyzed with cosine curve.The function of cardiovascular system of premature infant and full-term newborn infant was evaluated with Doppler, and the circadian characters were analyzed with cosine curve.Results:The systolic pressure (SBP), diastolic pressure (DBP), and heart rate (HR) of the children demonstrated circadian characters, and rearched peak at 14pm. The mesor, amplitude, and acrophase of SBP, DBP, and HR were not different in gender. The mesor and amplitude of SBP and DBP were related to age.The fuction of cardiovascular system in premature infant did not demonstrated circadian characters. In full-term newborn infant ,24h after birth, the children established circadian rhythm in cardiovascular system gradually.Conclusion:The circadian rhythm of cardiovascular system developes completely in neonates, except in premature infant.
