Zhou Yang rose himself up as the mainstream emerged. In his adulthood, he was engaged in breaking the bureaucracy, and set his goal as to build up the New China. Since then, he devoted himself to the political practices of Chinese socialism literary movement. As early as in the Leftist Period(1927 – 1937), Zhou started to spread the Marxism and was influenced by Leninism. Leninism on class struggle and non-spontaneous theory on socialism literary served as the direct theory resources for Zhou to act as the pioneer of Chinese literary. He acted as the first to introduce the socialism and realism theories, through which he led the Chinese socialism literary movement. In the Yan’an Period, Zhou was in charge of the construction of literary administration models. On the one hand, he conducted the primary trial of sinofication of Marxism and Leninism, into which he put the Mao Zedong Thoughts, on the other hand, he got the political recognition from his speech “Address”. After the building-up of the New China, Zhou became the specific leader of socialism literary. With his speech “Address” acting as the program and class struggle acting as the theoretical foundation, he implemented the Literary Route of Mao Zedong through the propaganda and construction of socialism and realism and stressed the dialectical thoughts to guide the literacy administration practice, therefore, the special literary phenomena during the Period of Seventeen was forged. Research on the Zhou’s administration thoughts during various historical period and interpretation of his theoretical thoughts and inspiration on Chinese culture and art administration practice play an unavoidable part to explore Chinese culture and art administration.
