A Study On The Legitimacy Of Grassroots Organizations In The View Of Social Symbiosis

In the transiton from units society to community, social organiztion including grass-roots organization means the important carrier of "rights back to public". According to the regulatory regime currently in effcet, due to the rules about staff and funds, most of the grass-roots organization can not acquire the qualification to register. The currently archival filing management improved the enviroment to survive of the grass-roots organization, but the core problem of legal personality can not be resovled.The legitimacy also meas legality. Socioloy pays close attention to the question about legeitimacy. In the research of legitimacy passed through a theoretical perspective from social fact to organizational process, and a domain from politics to society. Via the analyse of the relations of the cultural groups and orther stakeholders in G commuity, this research takes the social symbiosis theories into the fields of legitimacy, and tries to build a new analyse frame which includes two aspect:In the external symbiosis enviorment, for the survie and growth, the groups establish different symbiosis relations with orther stakeholders, including exchange compitetion and share. Via the symbiosis interaction, the improvement and opitimization of the relation means the acknowledge and suppot from the enviorment which promotes the legitimacy of the groups, otherwise, the groups would face a crisis. The flushbonading relations between the groups and the stakeholders outside of the symbiosis system also affects the process legitimation.Inside of the organition, according to the way of information transmiton, the structure of the groups includes "simple/agent/paralle/muti-head". The cultural groups have two kinds of authority, directive and technical. Due to the discourse power and chance to perform, the members interact with eachothers. The conclusions of the research indicate that, the kinds of authority have no relations to the legitimation. During th symbiosis interactions, the members must compromise with eachother, otherwies, the intensified of the competition would bring about disintegration.Base on the analyse of the legitimacy from the perspective of social symbiosis, this research presents a legitimative suggestion about the grass-roots organization, which should particpate and put forward the jointparticipational community management to strenthen its legitimay.This resarch adopts the methods of qualitative investigation, including half-structure interview, forum and participative observation. The content analyze of the publicity material is also employed in this research.
