| Social organization is an important part of promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.It is one of the important subjects of grass-roots social governance.Youth is an important force to promote the development of social organizations.Youth social organizations with youth as the main body and youth as the main service object have become the most dynamic factor in social organizations.The vigorous development of youth social organizations has improved the efficiency of grass-roots social governance to a certain extent,injected new vitality into the innovation of grass-roots social governance,and has become an important force to promote the development of grass-roots society.This study creatively takes the role of youth social organizations in grass-roots social governance as the research perspective.On the basis of good governance theory,new public service theory and market failure and government failure theory,this paper expounds the related concepts of youth social organizations participating in grass-roots social governance.Through interviews with Liaoning Provincial Department of civil affairs,the Communist Youth League and other relevant departments and some typical youth social organizations,this paper summarizes the current situation and achievements of Liaoning youth social organizations actively participating in grass-roots social governance,and finds that Liaoning youth social organizations have unstable talent team development and weak ability to participate in grass-roots social governance Insufficient breadth and depth of participation in grass-roots social governance and low social credibility.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply analyze the problems existing in the participation of youth social organizations in grass-roots social governance,and comprehensively analyze the reasons behind the problems from four aspects: the talent team management system of youth social organizations,the path dependence in the participation process,the imperfect coordination mechanism and the lack of openness and transparency in the participation process.Put forward feasible suggestions such as improving the management system of organizational talent team,paying attention to the guidance of Party and League organizations,improving the coordination mechanism of social governance,and strengthening the transparency of organizational operation,so as to promote the orderly and healthy development of youth social organizations in the process of participating in grass-roots social governance. |
