Fair Clough think that, discursive practices, which is sociality in nature, involved in the production, distribution and consumption processes of the text, associated with the special economic, political and institutional context which this process and discourse can be generated, additionally, it is of constructivity, because the text production and the understanding process of interpretation is based on internalized social structure and social customs, so the production and consumption of the text also has constructivity. At the same time, the discourse construction came from social practice, and social practice is rooted and directed at the real social structure, and thus discourse practice possess constructivity both in traditional and creative ways, it will be help to reconstruct society itself. Fair clough established discourse analysis framework of text, discursive practice and social change, by means of analysis of text production, distribution and consumption, that is specific discursive practices can be created association in the text and social change, and present and interpret social change effectively. This paper take adoption of this analytical framework, by way of the production process, distribution and consumption of Kurban trumu text through different historical periods after the founding of new China, to present the characteristics and changes of national and state-to-state relations in specific historical period, and answer the question why this feature produce and present as much as possible, as well as the mainstream national discourse on how to shape and imagination of national and state-to-state relations.In particular, the paper analyzes the mainstream national discourse in the field of national and state-to-state relations in the1950s of the last century, how to have the loan of the story of Kurban trumu to set down the thanksgiving theme, after the1960s during the Cultural Revolution, how to change Thanksgiving theme to the myth expressed which wiped national existence and difference, fuzzy boundaries of nation and state-to-state relations, as well as to the1990s, in the stimulation of national separatism and joint efforts of local government response strategy, how to retire Kurban trumu from myth describe, became the signs and symbols who loves his country combat against separatist under the unifying of the significance extended national unity discourse.Since Kurban trumu get on the stage of history, in the long historical process of text production and significance of additional re-interpretation and misappropriation of transformation, he has always been a symbol means to participate in the construction of national and state-to-state relations. The history and development of the national and state-to-state relations after the founding of new China is a unified part of multi-ethnic country construction. In this process, experience, lessons, reflection in the process of shaping national and state-to-state relations can be reflected in the specific text production and discursive practices. Construction of the country on the relations of nations and states reflects the continuing process of self-construction of the unified multi-ethnic country and imagination, is concrete reflection of the nation and state relations consultation and blending of a unified multi-ethnic country.
