Research On Integration After Chinese Enterprises Acquire Foreign Mining Entities In Stakeholders Approach

This article applied basic rules of management, PMI theory, multi-national corporate theory and stakeholder theory, analysis systematically on the integration for Chinese enterprises acquire overseas mining enterprises post merger integrations. It first surmised theory and empirical researches on this topic, analysis how Chinese enterprises undertake post merger integrations after acquiring overseas mining enterprises by both case analysis and comparative analysis. It then setup a PMI regime based on current situation of Chinese enterprises. Further developed APME model based on Stakeholder Theory can be applied to direct PMI in such practices in overseas mining enterprises integration. Lastly, it demonstrated the application of the APME model by utilizing on how to position the enterprise within the parent group enterprises, how to determine the strategy, how to setup corporate governance and how to develop risk management system.
