Demonstrating An Evaluation Methodology For Measuring The Quality Of International Trade And Using It Into China’s Reality

On the topic of regional trade and international trade, many studies are focused on the scale of international trade, the trend of international trade, or the trend of international trade. Little researchings are focus on the topic of the evalutiona methodology for measuring the quality of international trade. As for the evalution metholodogy, the existing methods are only based on the total amount of international trade. Because of lack of the development of the persistence, lack of the cooperation in region and lack of the contribution for international treade development, so the limitation of this method is obvious. To solve this defect, the researching must be done from multi prospective. Based on the above ideas, the author began his researching from three aspects which are relative independence. The three aspects are respectively the dynamical relation between the transaction efficiency and the price of traded goods, the contribution rate under the max amount of international trade, the regional cooperation under the development of international trade. Through the analysis of the above three aspects, the transaction efficiency and the prices of traded goods must meet certain linear constraints, the transaction efficiency and the commodity price also must meet certain linear constraints, the regional cooperation must meet certain linear constraints. These three kinds of restrictive relations have basically covered the key points in the development of international trade and have a strong representation. After the completion of the above analysis, the author analyzes the overall goal of the development of international trade, and determines the overall target of adopting the total output of international trade as its development. Followed by optimization analysis of thought, combining the overall objectives and constraints, and complementary to other basic conditions which the macro economic development should meet, the author determine the optimal model of high quality international trade development should meet. Demonstrating the theoretical model, the onditions for the development of high quality international trade are determined. These necessary conditions including the constraint conditions which the contribution rate of input factor should meet, including the onstraint conditions which the amount of input and the contribution rate of input, the onstraint conditions which the shortest factors should meet. As a basis for evaluating the quality of international trade development, these necessary conditions can be substituted for the basis of the single evaluation, thus achieving the goal of the initial research. In the course of the study, not only in the three aspects of analysising, the author began the experiment researching. From these researching, eight principles are gaved to us.
