Constraint Condition And Incentive Mechanism Of Development Of Inclusive Finance In China

In 2005, the conception of inclusive financial was proposed in the Blue Book of Inclusive Financial System released by United Nations for the first time, and the development of inclusive finance attracts widespread concern. Inclusive Finance is a financial philosophy that is to provide financial services for the whole society comprehensively and efficiently. In the Decision of Several Major Issues of Deepening Reform of CPC Central Committee released after the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteen CPC National Congress, it is clearly pointed out that inclusive finance should be developed so as to provide financial services for more people. Based on principal component analysis, the development of inclusive finance is studied systematically and comprehensively. The influencing factors of the development of inclusive finance are studied from perspective of financial development situation, and research the constraint condition and incentive mechanism of the development of inclusive finance in China.Firstly, this paper explains the background and significance of inclusive finance, combined with the domestic and foreign related literature review, and provides theoretical support from the connotation and essence of inclusive finance, the development situation of inclusive finance. Secondly, this paper studies the development situation of inclusive finance by SWOT analysis tool, analyses the internal advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats. This paper studies the influence factor of the development of inclusive finance in China by component analysis method. Then, this paper summarizes the successful experiences of development of inclusive finance in foreign countries by empirical analysis method, provides the valuable reference for the development of inclusive finance in China. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, gives the general developing strategy of the development of inclusive finance in China, studies the incentive mechanism of inclusive finance, then, puts the suggestions and contermeasures of the development of inclusive finance in China.
