Employees’ performance evaluation is an important management tool to identify and measure and improve efficiency of employee. Only if the performance evaluation is self-coordinate and taking employees’ performance into reality can truly explore the difference between employee’s performance and the requirement of the job. Then it is possible to carry out efficient performance evaluation, improve group and organization performance. This will promote sustainable development of enterprises and realize strategic objectives. The new economy towed by computers, mobile communications, networks and information technology has become a strong traction to lead the development of enterprises. Companies should take use of Internet to integrate the management resource effectively, smooth communication channels, response to information in a large data era quickly, achieve business information sharing, reduce costs, avoid business risks and develop the company’s own core competitiveness, so that the critical business information from each aspects of the performance evaluation mechanism will be placed in the "decision point". It can strengthen the subsystem interaction of performance evaluation mechanism, enhance the coordination of performance evaluation mechanism, and make performance evaluation mechanism linked to other management systems in the enterprise, which will stride across the boundaries of performance evaluation management and realize the dynamic connection between employee’s performance and corporate strategic objectives. This will bring out the characteristics of staff performance and find the right drug for improving staff performance. Moreover, it can decrease administrative cost and avoid business risk, develop own core-competitiveness. Before the experts and scholars generally used questionnaire, interview, observation method to the study of performance evaluation system, this paper not only applies these methods, also uses the method of structure equation to analyze statistical data influencing the factors of performance evaluation system, and further characterize the performance evaluation function, cause and effect feedback path, in order to realize the systematic quantitative analysis form of performance evaluation system development mechanism, broaden the methods of performance evaluation system, so as to promote the in-depth theoretical research. At the same time, the influence factors on the collaborative performance evaluation system based on mobile Internet is also thoroughly studied, finding out the key factors that affect the collaboration performance evaluation system:the most critical factor is the main body, followed by evaluation index system, estimation and feedback, the traditional factors such as enterprise culture rather than information system platform, and build a new mobile Internet collaborative performance evaluation system and index system. Based on the synergetic theory as the theoretical basis, and bring the mobile Internet technology and coordination theory into the performance evaluation system, this paper increased the data sources and data mining process of performance evaluation,not only expanded the width of the traditional performance evaluation system, broke through the spatial and temporal changes, the time lag in performance evaluation, and these information promptly applied to the performance evaluation system in the performance evaluation system. The static performance evaluation can be adjusted in the dynamic, the delayed performance of employees can reflect staffs’real working scene, providing realistic basis to achieve the real justice, fairness, openness of the performance evaluation. At the same time, this paper constructed collaborative performance evaluation system model based on mobile Internet, then carried on the test run in the JL share enterprises. Such research is not scarce until now, which will no doubt enrich the performance evaluation system from the visual aspects of theory and practice. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, this article studies the coordination mechanism in performance evaluation system, based on collaborative learning, the theory of management, system science, organizational behavior and so on, took use of Internet technology to come up with the theoretical framework and operation mode of cooperative-type performance evaluation system under the background of mobile Internet, and proposed two different collaborative mode of operation which are internal coordination and collaboration applications in the performance evaluation system.Second, based on the existing mobile Internet research on collaborative performance evaluation system, this paper summarizes the meaning of the performance evaluation of the mobile Internet, the features and contents and elaborated hierarchy and characteristics of collaborative performance evaluation, also analyzes the factors that influence the mobile Internet collaborative performance evaluation system, and looks forward to the implementation of collaborative type of performance evaluation system.Third, with the use of the key factors theory and methods, this article studies the key factors influencing the synergetic performance evaluation system and builds an index system related to the collaborative performance evaluation system. Then using structural equation modeling approach to analyze and identify the key factors of mobile Internet-based collaborative performance evaluation system.Finally, this paper builds a collaborative performance evaluation system of the mobile Internet, and selects the JL Corporation to run tests to verify the synergistic effect of the evaluation system, and summarizes the lack of this research to direct further study in-depth.
