Research On Reforms Of Chinese System Of Resident Consumption

The consumption system for residents is a system forming in the consumption activity of a certain social stage, guiding and restraining residents’ behavior of consumption. Its essence is the embodiment of the residents’ consumption relationship. The consumption system is the reaction of economic system reacted in the field of residents’ consumption. It’s also an important symbol of one country’s development and civilization. To deepen reform of the system of Chinese residents’ consumption is the objectification needs of China comprehensively deepen reform. It is beneficial to give full play to pull function of resident consumption to the economic development. It is beneficial to promote social and economic transformation in China and create conditions for building a harmonious socialist society.Our country is at the full stage of transformation of economic society current and a key stage of making arduous efforts for realizing the grandiose goal of socialism modernization. The innovation of marketing economic system of Chinese socialism has radically changed the system’s foundation of consuming behaviors. To change China’s actuality of consumption slowly and the comparatively low rate of consumption contributing for economic development under the condition of new economic base and historical conditions, we shall then build a favorable consumption environment and enhance residents’ consumption ability. However, Chinese consuming system is facing a series of problems such as: Consumer rights is seriously damaged; standards of consumer product Urgent need to be improved; Consumption mechanism is yet to be perfect; Consumption regulation faces new challenges. Therefore, the issue of how to deepen the reform of residents’ consumption system has come to an important task that should be discussed urgently.The reform and improvement of the system of residential consumption requires that the theoretical research should have new break-through, keep up with times and carry on the constant innovation. The existing research of consuming system, compared with other researching results of concrete economic institution, has much less achievement. In addition, the research of consuming system exists in an indirect, scattered and non-systematic form. In this paper, great efforts are put on analyzing the current condition. The existing problems and the hidden reasons of the residents’ consuming reform, and on the basis of drawing lessons from foreign experience of building residents’ consuming, we put forward strategies of deepening the innovation of residents’ consuming. Five chapters are included in the paper.In chapter one, the paper focuses on the research of relevant concept and theoretical basis of Chinese residents’ consuming system, as well as the significance of which and basic theory of residents’ consuming.The second chapter studies the evolution of Chinese residents’ consumption system. It mainly expounds that the Chinese residents’ consumption system has undergone a gradual and increasingly deepening process after the founding of new China.The third chapter, studies the current situation, problems and causes of Chinese residents’ consumption system. Analyze the problems existing in the current system of residents’ consumption, and try to find the possible reasons which may cause such problems.The fourth chapter, a research about abroad residents’ consumption system and its enlightenment to our country. It mainly analyzes the consumption system in developed countries, countries in transition and developing countries. And summarize the useful experience and inspiration which can promote the development of the system of residents’ consumption in our country.The fifth chapter, our government should consider the countermeasures to deepen the reform of Chinese residents’ consumption system. There are countermeasures from three aspects to achieve it: To speed up the development which guide by the scientific concept of development, in order to provide the basis and premise of deepening reform. To ascertain the relationship between government and market and Set up the mechanism of multiple consumption. To innovate the macro-control means and strengthen consumption regulation and control ability.
