The Study On Promotion Of China Rural Resident Consumption Upgradation

The upgradation of Rural residents'consumption not only include the upgradation of consumption level and consumption structure, but also include the upgradation of consumption environment optimization and consumption subject intelligentize. In order to expand rural resident consume we mast advance the complete upgradation of consumption. The expand of rural resident consumption will be restricted because there is only consumption level and structure upgrade without the upgradation of the optimization of consumption environment and the intelligentize of consumption subject. To promote the upgradation of consumption is not only the need from the complete construction of affluent society and the construction of harmonious society; but also the need from the construction of new socialist countryside and the change of economy development pattern. Therefore, there are important academic and realistic meaning to study the upgradation of consumption in china rural area.This paper follow the route of stating the fact, exploring the factors and searching for the countermeasures. At first, base on the realistic documents, this paper propose the idea concept of complete upgradation of consumption, and analyze the connotation and denotation of the upgradation of consumption. After that, this paper analyze the outstanding performance of the slowing of rural resident consumption upgradation from four aspects that are consumption level, consumption structure, consumption environment optimizing and consumption subject intelligentize, then, this paper also analyze the influence of the slow consumption upgradation. Second, this paper analyze the factors that effect the consumption upgradation which include four parts, they are consumptive power, distribution, supply and others. At last , we analyze the countermeasures that are propitious to consumption upgradation. Such as expand income channels and raise the inner quality of rural resident; make the plans include rural areas and urban areas and adjust the relation of distribution; to make batter the consumption environment and optimize the supply condition; set up scientific consumption idea and reasonably guide the upgradation of consumption in rural areas.
