The Reasarch On The Issues Of Realizing The Right Of Farmers In The Process Of Urbanization In China

China has entered a fast track of the process of urbanization. In this process, agricultural modernization, urbanization, peasants being residents are the core issues. The core of the new urbanization is "human urbanization", in a certain sense, “human” refers to the peasants. To promote the new urbanization, we must push the transformation of the identity and life style of the peasants. Meanwhile, we must pay full attention to implementation issues of peasants’ rights.In this paper, it takes the basic urbanization theory of Marxism, the Party’s urbanization policy and protection of peasants’ rights as guidance, it also uses academic knowledge in political science, sociology, law and other literature research and investigation. It combines methods of theoretical research and empirical research, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and comparative study.Based on the theoretical analysis of peasants’ rights and the process of urbanization, the thesis mainly focuses on the difficulties, reasons, foundations and conditions of the realization of the peasants’ rights in the process of conditions.Finally, it provides a path to realize the peasants’ rights.
