Research On Peasant’s Interest Expression In New Urbanization

The block of peasant’s interest expression is a coexistence issue during the development of rural urbanization. With the development of rural urbanization, many different slogans have been put forward by our government, such as: urban-rural integration or rural c ommunities, etc. The writer gave then a consolidated name: The new rural urbanization. Characters of diversification have been showed with the deep development of rural urbanization. In traditional rural urbanization, the issue that peasant lose their farmland almost became the only element which scholars concerned about. However, in the new rural urbanization, many new kinds of problems have been showed during the new life of peasant in their new living environment. So, the writer’s research is concerned about the new elements which caused the block of peasant’s interest expression.The academies have been made great effort to do the researches about pea sant’s interest expression, and many famous scholars have been showed during such researches, what’s more, many useful methods have been put forward to the development of the rural urbanization. But, through the research about the Liaowu village, the writer found there were still many different kinds of problems had been delayed by the government, such as: ignored useful methods, ignored peasant’s voice and peoples’ licit rights have been neglect. The conflicts between government and peasants happened all the time. These kinds of situation made the writer aware that the peasant’s interest expression had a long way to go. The writer found that researches in the academia always ignore the peasant’s standpoint and the peasant’s words. So, the writer stand with peasant, use their words and their visual angle to reinterpreted and try to found new issues which caused by rural urbanization. At last, the writer put forward many suggestions and measures which is helpful to solve these kinds of problems, and hope to give my strength and soul.The papers include five chapters.Chapter one is a basi c introduction about this paper, including background summary, the significance of this paper, research st atus in China and abroa d, relative research approach, brief introduction about the investigation village.Chapter is general theoretical Analysis about rural urbanization and peasant’s interest expression. Give a brief introduction about the theories which have been used during this investigation.The first part of chapter three is descriptions about some signify events which had been happened in investigation village. In this part, writer makes an analysis about peasant’s process of thinking and the way of act. Make a detailed analysis about internal and external causes of these events. What make writer most confused is peasants give up their lawful rights by themselves. Part of peasants gives up their rights because they do not know what should they do, or they do not know how to do. But there are still some knowledgeable peasants initiative give up their rights or ch oose forget. So, we always hear Chinese peasants say like this: there is no s olution about this situation. In the w riter’s opinion, these kinds of peasant’s behavior are the original reasons about the block of peasant’s interest expression. This is also the inner reason of the block of peasant’s interest expression. As we all known, the inner reason is the basic reason of the changing of things. So, the writer affirmed that, the solution of the block of the peasant’s interest expression must be a long period. The inner reason of the solution is peasant’s own comprehensive quality, the external cause of the solution is the government, and the government should make a wide and smooth road to the peasants, what’s more, the government have to improve the environment of peasant’s interest’s expression and democracy.Chapter four is the writer’s policy suggestions. Writer makes these suggestions according to the peasant’s idea which have been showed by the questionnaires. And the writer stands whit the peasants.Chapter five is the summary about this investigation and the write of this paper. It concludes the innovation point and the weak point of this paper. The writer hopes this paper can make some real functional action to real society.
