In this paper, we are going to discuss about in southeast asia countries, how is the interaction between the life culture and commercial kitchenware, hospitality cooking machine, cooking ranges and appliances, how’s the change and development in people’s lifestyle and culinary culture affect the kitchenware design’s evolution, to reveals users’ life style and needs, and the context of commercial kitchenware.Due to the changes of the form of family and social culture, the wants of kitchenware become more fancy and satisfactory, now that various kinds of cooking machine and appliance supplant some parts of traditional kitchenware, and so the features change, it’s not just only about placement anymore, the safety and eco-concept become more valued than usual.According to research, the users’ attitude of purchasing and using could be different by countries.Now that the new style of kitchen in response to people’s new demands is coming on the way, so that there should be more styles of kitchen to be choose in the future, makes kitchen to be a space which can satisfy people’s needs mentally, physically.This research also can be studied by parts of southeast asia countries, to compare the competition of these three enterprises respectively in China, Taiwan, Vietnam, as these enterprises are under similar operating condition.
