Information and communication technology has a profound impact on the evolution of human society. Like the sunshine, air and water, information and communication technology has permeated into the material base of human life, as an essential part of our survival condition and the resources environment. Compared with the traditional industrial society, modern society has changed a lot. In the past, people were small cells of society, and a family was built upon the blood relationship, a social organization was built upon the schoolmate relationship, a company organization was built upon the working relationship, etc. But now all the social relationships, such as the blood, schoolmate and colleague relationships and so on, are based on the network. With the help of Internet, all the relationships can be integrated into the network. Therefore all kinds of social organizations are quickly into the network.The network society has already become a new social form after the industrial society. Within this new social form, network capacity of the global institutions, organizations and social participants will be focused at the center of human research and analysis. The proper combination of information and communication technology, the ability to utilize these techniques, and the organization reconstruction based on Network become the key to guarantee productivity, competitiveness, innovation and creativity.Based on the above mentioned background, how to enhance the capability of independent innovation for Chinese enterprises is set as the main topic of this thesis, and the relevant issues will be discussed.This thesis includes7chapters.The first chapter mainly analyzes the background in which Chinese enterprises enhance the independent innovation capability: Informatization profoundly influences economic society, which makes enterprises changing from closed innovation to open innovation. With the precondition of nation emphasizes to enhance the capability of independent innovation, the issue is presented.The second part is Theoretical analysis (chapter two-four). The second chapter summarizes and finishes the paper-related literature, summed up the deficiencies from the literature. Scholars concerned about innovation in research, mostly in the context of industrial society, little research on the network society of independent innovation. How to enhance independent innovation capability for enterprises in network society should be further studied. So the paper determines the direction of the research and research ideas of this paper, as an innovative point of this article. The chapter collates and reviews of innovation theory, the theory of open innovation, knowledge creation theory and complexity science theories, and the above theory as the theoretical basis of this study.The third chapter analyzes the impact of networks society on innovation capability. The network society has some characteristics, for example, the globalization of economic behavior, the networked organization, flexible work mode. Network society leads to the great change of the business environment. The prerequisite for closed innovation mode has been impact and destroyed by network society. Enterprises implement the open innovation has become the inevitable in network society. This innovative model has the advantage of easy to construct their own value network, easy using external creative, easy to make full use of global knowledge resources. The fourth chapter analyzes the mechanism of independent innovation in network society, and constructs the open independent innovation model in network society.The third part (the fifth chapter) is numerical simulation. Research on complex networks were summarized and reviewed. Based on the scale-free network theory and the open independent innovation model proposed in the fourth chapter, the paper puts forward six assumptions about the evolutional open independent innovation model the network society. Aimed at the changing process of the node and edge, simulating the evolution process of the open innovation model in network society, then constructing the evolutional model of open independent innovation in network society. This paper designs the simulation program, and then, the evolutional model was tested by numerical simulation with Matlab.The fourth part (the sixth chapter) is case study. Using Huawei as the research case, and analyzing its innovation process. Then the result shows the open innovation process of Huawei conforms to the open independent innovation model presented in fifth chapter. Therefore the correctness of the model can be verified.The fifth part (the seventh chapter) gathers conclusion, which gives advice to enhance independent innovation ability of Chinese enterprises within the macro-government level and micro-enterprise level respectively. And then looking forward to the future network society.The innovation of this thesis mainly consists of the following three aspects:method, data and conclusions.1. It is the first research on how to deal with changes in the business environment in network society to enhance the independent innovation capability.2. From the perspective of knowledge cross innovation, this paper analyzes the mechanism of open independent innovation, and constructs the open independent innovation model in network society by adopting theoretical analysis.3. Using numerical simulation, the complex networks theory is applied to study open independent innovation mode in network society. Based on the scale-free network theory and the open independent innovation model, constructing the evolution model of open independent innovation in network society. With Matlab, applies numerical simulation to the evolutional open independent innovation model.The simulation results show the model construction process has the small-world and scale-free properties. The positive effect of small-world and scale-free properties should be realized that it can enhance innovation performance, at the same time, the risk of network locking and network vulnerability caused by these properties should be avoided.
