The Research On Synergetic Effect And Generalized Path Of Regional Supply Chain

The competition between supply chains will be the main areas for business competition in future, and competition among supply chain will be an important driving force for enterprise development. People had paid enough attention to it since1990s, when the concept of synergetic supply chain was first proposed. Synergetic management is the key part of supply chain management, and it can guarantee the connections for a variety of business must be an effective way of resource utilization, should be a powerful way to enhance regional supply chain competitiveness. Therefore, it draws the general path of regional supply chain development through the research on synergetic supply chain, which has great theoretical significance and practical value for the sound development of regional supply chain.Firstly, based on principal-agent, it analyses cooperative management factors in supply chain including leading enterprise expected utilities, subsidiary enterprise expected incomes and leading enterprise agency cost; it also does mathematical analysis of leading enterprise expected utilities, subsidiary enterprise expected incomes and leading enterprise agency cost. Leading enterprise can take on incentive measures to optimize supply chain management based on the common factors; based on SEM(Structural Equation Model), it analyses cooperative management problem in supply chain, puts out hypothesis, then questionnaire surveys and statistical analysis are carried out, and it derives critical factor in the path development; and then, it designs the network method and index system for regional supply chain development, including joint development strategic,methodological framework, network strategic planning and key technologies, business architecture design, and evaluation model; ultimately, a case study is carried out to certify the theoretical model,that is, based on the empirical analysis of Linyi regional supply chain, it can get the internal relationships of development paths by the goodness of model fitness,thus it can realize the synergetic development of regional supply chain through the development path.The innovations of this study are as follows:(1)The contract cooperation and information sharing between leading companies and subsidiary companies are the important aspect of regional supply chain development. And an effective incentive mechanism is to achieve the contract cooperation and information sharing. So it requires closed collaboration between leading companies and subsidiary companies. While in existing studies, output is served as a utility function. In this paper, on the conditions of incomplete information, income is used as a utility function based on principal-agent theory, so as to explore the common factors, which have the same impact on leading companies and subsidiary companies.(2)The existing researches focused on the contracts between leading companies and subsidiary companies, while paid little attention to the elements of incentive contract, which can play influence on common factors. In this paper, based on SEM(Structural Equation Model), it analyses cooperative management problem in supply chain, puts out hypothesis, then questionnaire surveys and statistical analysis are carried out, and it derives critical factor in the path development;(3)The overall assessment of the degree of synergetic supply chain development is an important testing of itself. Based on neural network method, it does the quantitative analysis towards the degree of supply chain collaboration, in order to provide effective decision-making reference to its development.
