Trust Mechanism And Sme Supply Chain Performance

Intense global competition, rapid technological change and personalized customer demand led to increased business costs and risks, so that enterprises can not separate the completion of all things. In recent years, supply chain resources as a complementary, win-win cooperation and jointly fight against the competitive advantages of becoming a very important organizational form of market competition and the main force. The supply chain is essential to the success factor is the supply chain of mutual trust among the members. Mutual trust among members of both the needs of mutual benefit and reciprocity, the supply chain is essential for the healthy growth of the path. However, the reality of the individual as a rational and irrational groups often leads to conflict between supply chain members of opportunism, which triggered the crisis of confidence in the supply chain and damage the interests of cooperation, which eventually led to the breakdown of the supply chain. Therefore, the supply chain nurturing mutual trust between members of supply chain management is the core.The cooperative performance, the key variable that measure the cooperative effect and the basis of small and medium-sized enterprises supply chain plays an important role in the management. Thus the research on influencing factors of cooperative performance has become the point in the field of small and medium-sized enterprises supply chain study.The trust mechanism among these factors are getting more and more attention. The establishment of this kind of mechanism is a typical index that measures relationship stability and cooperative effect between both side. However, the theories and empirical study in this orientation is relatively less, espacially in cooperative trust, least. The small and medium-sized enterprises in Chinese provinces such as Guangdong, Hunan, Shangxi and Zhejiang is research objects according to this paper. The corelation between the trust mechanism and cooperative performance has been furtherly studied.This paper analyses deeply corelative theory and proposes corelative module hypothesis and gives a survey for empirical study on the hypothesis through a plenty of questionaire in Liket-form. The paper adopts SPSS 13.0 to analyse the probing factors in small sample to find out the varibles' factor construction and then by the means of reliability test and analysis of validation factors, also of AMOS 7.0 constructive formulation module, gets the result that the establishment of the trust mechanism has positive effect on the supply chain of the small and medium-sized enterprises. The result shows the trust mechanism in the cooperation influences the cooperative performance by three ways which are flexibility of information feedback, capacity of both sides and investment of resources of them and these three ways all show remarkable positive corelation.
