The Research Of Grassland Agricultural Development Model In Xinjiang

Xinjiang is China’s traditional agricultural region, but also the largest minority in the frontier provinces. Therefore, agriculture is not only an important part of economic development in Xinjiang, but is related to the majority of people to get rich in the basic industries. However, due to various reasons, Xinjiang Agricultural development also is facing serious challenges and problems. On the one hand, the modern agriculture-oriented oasis agriculture increasingly exposed unsustainable feature high input, high energy consumption, high pollution, not only directly affect the farmers’ income and sustainable development of agriculture, but also on the fragile ecological oasis causing serious pollution damage, further threatening the ecological security and sustainable use of the oasis; on the other hand, in order to transition nomadic, dependent on livestock development is characterized by traditional animal husbandry in Xinjiang extensive way behind, not only unable to meet the development of modern animal husbandry requirements and achieve herdsmen settlement income, and because of the lack of scientific conservation of pasture improvement, a direct result of severe overgrazing pastures and large degradation. Therefore, from the current perspective of agricultural development in Xinjiang, there is a serious environmental problems and increase the difficulties, the urgent need to accelerate the transformation of development mode, and promote sustainable development and enhance efficiency.Grassland agriculture development model can not only promote the steady growth of agricultural output and income, but also to reduce intermediate consumption and pollution and promote sustainable agricultural development and ecological improvement, no doubt is the most practical integrated sustainable agriculture development model in Xinjiang. But both in academia and government research and attention is relatively inadequate in the past. Therefore, this paper tries to through the grassland agriculture development model at home and abroad successful practice and theoretical research summary, according to the development of xinjiang characteristic, the integrated use of sustainable development theory, ecological economic theory, energy theory, the unbalanced ecological system theory, and the input-output method, energy analysis method, so as to realize to xinjiang grassland agriculture development model, function and efficiency and the corresponding technical support and so on. In the process of research, this article innovation not only use the non-equilibrium ecology theory, the energy per unit area comparative analysis methods, such as the latest theory and through the use of interdisciplinary approach implements the agriculture and animal husbandry of grassland agriculture, and system coupling comprehensive agriculture system research, promote the interdisciplinary research innovation and related research in the field of development.Specifically, this paper through the in-depth analysis of the xinjiang grassland agricultural development realistic background and theory of predecessors’ research results, such as comprehensive review, on this basis of this paper, we study the sustainable development theory, ecology and circular economy theory, the balance of ecological system theory, and so on; Secondly, in the broad grassland agriculture development at home and abroad for reference model, on the basis of successful practice, the integrated use of the above theory and analysis method, the deep analysis of grassland agriculture pattern connotation, function and role at the same time, combining with the characteristics of xinjiang regional economy, and ecology, construct suitable for planting, horticulture, grassland animal husbandry in xinjiang, urban landscape lawn and so on four kind of grassland agriculture development model; Again, choose typical area in case of empirical research in xinjiang, combining theoretical analysis and empirical study, using the input-output method, the innovation will value analysis on the local grassland agriculture development mode with conventional agriculture(livestock) industry conducted a comprehensive comparative analysis, to verify whether grassland agriculture pattern has comparative advantage; Finally, to promote the development of grassland agriculture model of optimizing policy support and technical support system is studied.This paper concluded the following important conclusions:(1) the grassland agriculture development mode is of great importance in promoting the sustainable development of farming and animal husbandry in xinjiang comprehensive pattern choice, it is a long time in the development of farming and animal husbandry in xinjiang grassland agriculture development mode severity shortage, lead to the development mode and structural imbalance, farming and animal husbandry ecological environment problem increasingly accumulation and unsustainable factors. Therefore, urgently need to speed up establishing the grassland agriculture development mode, to change the pattern of farming and animal husbandry development and repair the ecological environment governance, promoting the sustainable development and farmers’ income;(2) the grassland agriculture development model with multiple practice type, is based on the principles of xinjiang development and building the actual, the combination of different regions in xinjiang economic, ecological and other characteristics, can build a suitable for planting, horticulture, grassland animal husbandry in xinjiang and other four kinds of main grassland agriculture development model;(3) the typical region of xinjiang grassland agriculture development model case empirical study results show that the grassland agriculture pattern than conventional agriculture(livestock) business model has better comprehensive benefits and comparative advantage. Whether can still value by applying the method of input-output analysis, the comparative analysis of the results are consistent;(4) the grassland agriculture development mode in xinjiang is still at the early stage of development, the policy support, technical support in urgent need to strengthen. This is also enhancing the development of farmers and herdsmen, a key support to promote the development of grassland agriculture model optimizing conditions.
