Study Of The Economic Development Of The Grasslands Of Inner Mongolia

The paper, targeted on grassland, by utilizing the research methods of economics, ecology and ethnology, from the dialectical relationship of the economic behavior and the ecological environment between the human and the nature harmonious development, through the perspective of Inner Mongolia economy development and more accurate analysis system, explores the development regularity and tries to figure out developing strategy or growth mode of economic growth and social development ,which is on the premise of the ecological environment protection and construction of grassland, conforming to local economy, social and natural environment, ecological condition and following natural order of grassland.Academician of Chinese academy of engineering RenJizhou thinks: grassland, as a branch of agriculture production, contains four layers, namely former plant production, plant production, animal production and biological production layer (product processing and grassland flow). The definition of the later three layers is clear while former plant production also can be called landscape layer. It is targeted at contributing to the society with humanities landscape instead of creating plant and animal products. Based on the four layers, the definition and analysis of grassland and grassland economics, in four aspects of grassland industry, agriculture and prairie grassland, the paper analyses grassland economic theory, elaborates the points of view and puts forward suggestions.This paper consists of three parts—introduction, main body and conclusion, respectively as follow.Introduction: Firstly, it introduces the background, content structure, and research value. Secondly, grassland degradation and salinization, desertification, the animal husbandry economy development of Inner Mongolia steppe economy and the related research achievements are briefly introduced .Thirdly, this paper explains the main research method , namely the on-the-spot investigation method, moderate abstract science and empirical analysis and correlation analysis method . Finally, the paper illustrates the innovation and the insufficiency here.In this first chapter: with introducing the definition of grassland from grassland science, ecology and biology fields, grasslands in the narrow sense and broad one is clarified, and importance and practical significance of the expounds concept of grassland is elaborated. The prairie grassland is generally introduces ,meanwhile, economic, ecological , cultural , leisure and political function of the grassland is explained. According to the generalized prairie grassland, definition of grassland economy, analysis of the characteristics and the grassland economic development, harmonious development between human being and the nature, and the four stages of grassland development-- primary stage, beginning stage, blindly exploring stage and harmonious stage, the relationship and cultural interaction among prairie grassland economy, industry of grass economy ,ecological economy are elaborated.Chapter 2: grassland stockbreeding as research object, the producing and processing period of grassland stockbreeding , the area conditions ,producing prerequisite and the importance is accurately explained .Meanwhile the relationship among grassland, herdsmen and livestock, which are the three elements of the animal husbandry is clarified. According to the scale of pasture husbandry and the different effects of grassland stockbreeding, four stages of operation process of animal husbandry, namely swim animal husbandry, half-nomadic half animal, settle of animal husbandry and traditional settlement grassland stockbreeding, and the coexistence of traditional animal husbandry and the modern one are showed.Chapter 3: after a brief description and analysis of agricultural production and the conditions of grassland and the evolution process of agriculture are showed, furthermore ,the need of herdsmen met by the grassland agriculture ,the expansion of communication among different ethic groups ,the positive effect in commerce and influence towards ecological environment, animal husbandry and traditional grassland culture are demonstrated. Finally, objective necessity and measures of natural and ecological agriculture are put forward, that is, in the Inner Mongolia vulnerable region, natural and ecological agriculture, not only beneficial to natural and ecological environments, but also conducive to economic growth, and to the people's living standards should be developed.Chapter 4: Firstly, it introduces the main component of grassland economic—developing conditions of grassland industry and the development course. Secondly, it analyzes of grassland industry development tendency of new industrialization, which is the characteristics and objective conditions of the new industrialization, the harmonious developing principle between human being and nature in the course of the Inner Mongolia industry, and the he concrete application of the principle. Finally, it focuses on that in the Inner Mongolia region industrialization process should be accelerated.Chapter 5: on the analysis of status quo of tourism development in Inner Mongolia, the tourism development here has the unique natural resources and rich cultural resources. Based on the positive effects and negative ones brought by tourism economy, ecological environment and traditional culture, proposes for the development of grassland tourism have been made.
