Iron and Steel Industry is a vital basic industry in our national economy, promoting the development of machine manufacturing, automobile, construction and so on, which make it enjoy a strategic position in industrial development. The output of our country’s crude steel such as medium plate, bar and so on, in our iron and steel industry accounted for 49.5 percent of world crude steel production in 2014. However, the high-end steel products, like high strength steel etc., applied to auto industry in our country still rely on imports. With world economy’s development and serious environmental problem, the manufacturing environment that modern Iron and Steel Industry facing is developing towards customer oriented market need, green oriented manufacturing engineering, intelligent oriented manufacturing technique and service oriented manufacturing process. With the whole ferrous metallurgy environment trend to ubiquitous information, the manufacturing system is changing from energy driven to information driven, thus, to improve the high-end steel yield in the current conditions, information-based industry is a crucial way to realize green and intelligent manufacturing of Iron and Steel Industry and a significant factor that promotes the Iron and Steel Industry’s service transforms, and information service is an important support in information-based manufacturing. Thus, exploring informational service pattern of Iron and Steel Industry and completing the key technique system of Iron and Steel Industry’s informational service on the basis of ubiquitous information network have been a key research topic.Aimed at low production efficiency, improvement of product quality, reduce product cost and resource consumption restricting by lower information utilization such as incoming material information, equipment information, technology information, and productive task information and so on in Iron and steel production process, the paper builds an information matching recommendations service theory and method system for iron and steel industry, and solve issues such as information is not easy to find, user-demand information difficult to match, and low efficiency of matching recommendations service in the process of iron and steel production. Based on ubiquitous information matching recommendations service demand of Iron and Steel Industry, its information flow is analyzed, then a mode of ubiquitous information space for Iron and Steel Industry is established, and the concept of information matching recommendations service in iron and steel industry is put forward, its architecture is built, finally, the key technology of information matching recommendations service in iron and steel industry such as association relationship found, service matching and information transmission path planning are researched.(1) Based on ubiquitous information matching recommendations service demand of Iron and Steel Industry, its process characteristics is analyzed, this paper divides the flow of Iron and Steel Industry into contiguous section, segment and mixing section and studies their information flow separately; according to the principle of spatial information theory and the model building of enterprise information, the paper builds Iron and Steel Industry’s ubiquitous information space from X,Y,Z three dimensions corresponded by horizontal, vertical and end-to-end integration, and puts forward ubiquitous information’s control model for its production.(2) Analyzing the connotation of ubiquitous information delivery service, based on which the paper proposes a ubiquitous information delivery service system including its procedure, function, resource, information and organization and discusses its related key technology, like its perception and description, incidence relation finding, delivery service finding and service matching, delivery service path planning and Qo S evaluation and so on.(3) To discover valuable information matching recommendations service resource, the variety, fuzziness and diversity information in iron and steel industry is described, then designs association rule mining algorithm based on algorithm Apriori suits to its character from the process of establishing of information fuzz Iron and Steel Industry’s hierarchy, calculating the Generalized weight of each node, defines the principle of Weighted hierarchical fuzzy, designing WGF-AP flow and generating algorithm and so on, algorithm is contrasted and performance test integrally.(4) To improve the efficiency of information matching recommendations service, the paper proposes a matching method of ubiquitous information and path planning method of information transfer and puts forward mixed weighted recommended information matching method. According to resource’s different characters, the paper applies different recommendation method to determine priorities and realizes recommended information resource matching from customers’ background, working sector, interest level and cognitive level; on the basis of Ant-Genetic algorithm, the paper proposes a information path planning method in view of optimized Ant-Genetic algorithm, optimizes introduces genetic algorithm to design a path planning method of Ant-Genetic optimized Algorithm to improve its convergence and reduce its iterations, and verifies its feasibility form communication costs, communication latency and information reliability etc..(5) Taking an example of informational matching recommendations service of surface defect inspection system of cold rolled strips in some industry, the paper builds model of surface defect information space of cold-strip steel and its matching recommendations service system, designs a program of finding surface defect inspection system of cold rolled strips and its matching recommendations service plans. Combining the field collecting data, the paper, using the proposed WGF-AP algorithm, builds a level relationship between the reason and defect, calculating the generalized weight and the WGF-AP rule through a corresponded program coded by VC++ to find the reason and the relation of the defect and verify the feasibility of WGF-AP algorithm. Moreover, mixed weighted information recommended matching algorithm is coded by Eclipse to get the matching between associated information resource and multiple user demand through WGF-AP algorithm; the paper builds a three-dimensional simulation of the information nodes from matched results to information demander, and analyses its optimal fitness.The result is part of Natural Science Foundation of China ‘Research on Steel Plate Surface Defects Recognition Based on Virtual Process Features Model and Sparse Coding(NO.51174151)’ and Significant Innovation Plan of hubei ‘Key Technology Research on Online Surface Defects Monitoring of Cold-rolled Sheet and its System Development(NO.2013AAA011)’. The research result provides an effective strategy model of informational matching recommendations service management for realizing the ubiquitous intelligence of Iron and Steel Industry, which has reference value in improving the production decision making and management level, and provides theoretical basis and method support for ubiquitous information delivery service.
