Long-term Care Insurance System Of Japan And Its Reference Study

Nowadays,elderly population aged 60 and above has reached more than 600 million all over the world. After the end of the second world war, as China’s neighbor Japan got into the period of rapid population growth. Starting from 1950, Japan has gradually stepped into an aging society. By the year 2013, the proportion of Japan’s aging population over the age of 65 was further increased. In the short 60 years,population structure of Japan has changed dramatically, and quickly entered the aging society. How to build endowment and nursing system to meet an increasing number of elderly population become one of the important priorities of the Japanese government.This paper attempts to build a framework for the Japanese about elderly care system and implementation strategies of unique research. Based on analysis of the change of Japan’s ageing population and the formation process of Japan’s long-term care insurance system,we understand Japan’s long-term care insurance system and the basic content of long-term care insurance service system. This paper discusses the reform measures of the system and effective ways, and makes the actual situation for empirical research.This dissertation paper is based on the in-depth analysis of long-term care insurance system in Japan’s social old-age security system, and reveals the existing problems of successful experience in exploring the elderly nursing problems in Japan.The structure of this dissertation paper can be divided into four parts, the eight chapters, and the main composition is as follows:The first part is the introduction part, and it is made up of chapter 1.This chapter mainly introduces the background and significance research on Japan’s long-term care insurance system, and discusses the research results at home and abroad, at the same time, discusses the study of this thesis overall methods. By reviewing an aging population, pension security system and the theory of care insurance, etc, showing that the ageing phenomenon of inevitability and necessity of perfecting the socialsecurity system.The second part is the theoretical background section, and it consists of chapters2 and 3.Chapter 2 is Japan’s present situation and the trend of population of aging society and social environment. This chapter mainly divides into three parts. One chapter is the analysis of the current situation of Japan’s aging population and trends; Second chapter mainly expounds the status of the elderly and the elderly social environment in Japan; Third chapter is primarily through research on the development of Japan’s ageing population, focusing on the analysis of relationship between the ageing population and economic development.Chapter 3 is the background and basis of constructing of Japan’s long-term care insurance. This chapter is divided into two parts. One part discusses the social situation in Japan before establishing long-term care insurance system based on the elderly health status, employment status, living environment, preparing these four aspects; The other part is through the main on Japanese social security system, so as to clearly establish the institutional basis of long-term care insurance system.The third part is the research emphasis of this paper, and concreted by the theoretical basis and practical application.Chapter 4 is the theoretical foundation part, and it mainly illustrates the formation and content of Japan’s long-term care insurance system. This chapter is divided into five parts. One is the introduction of Japan’s long-term care insurance system formation process; Second, elaborated the basic content of Japan’s long-term care insurance system; Third, it is the main analysis about service system of Japan’s long-term care insurance; Fourthly, is the main research stage of Japan’s long-term care insurance system reform and the content of main annual reform; Fifthly, author compares the difference before and after the implementation of Japan’s long-term care insurance system.Chapter 5, Chapter 6and chapter 7 is the practical application part.Among them, the fifth chapter expounds the status quo of Japanese long-term care insurance system and nursing service. This chapter can be divided into three parts.One is through a variety of investigation and study, this paper discusses the number of Japan’s long-term care insurance system in use in recent years, the general characteristics of the application number, nursing fees, etc; Second, this paper mainly discusses the concrete implementation situation about the long-term care insurance system in several main nursing service of Japan; Thirdly, this paper summarizes the new type of nursing service content, scale, and various new strategies, the Japanese government in the process of advancing the long-term care insurance system in recent years from macro angle. And then illustrates the adapt to the characteristics of long-term care insurance in different periods.Chaper 6 selects, based on the data of Japanese long-term care insurance system development issued by Japaness Bureau of Statistics, ten principle factors that influence the sustainable development of Japanese long-term care insurance system with the method of actor analysis and clustering analysis. On the basis of which this chapter make clusterig analysis of the sustainable development of Japanese long-term care insurance system and characterizes each category, so as to provide reference for quantitative analysis of setting overall, coordinating and sustainable macro policy and sustainable trategy for long-term care insurance system.Chapter 7 discusses the actual situation in various areas of the building of Japanese government in the process of new nursing services, namely type area includes the nursing service system. This chapter can be mainly divided into two parts.First part is mainly introduced the new long-term care insurance system in Japan, and it is the basic content of type areas in nursing service system; Secondly, it is through the different sections of the typical investigation, to analyze how to develop and the implement-area nursing service system in various areas, with their own results.The fourth part is the conclusion part, and is made up of chapter 8. This part is based on the development of Japan’s long-term care insurance system, to summarizethe enlightenment of the system to our country. This chapter can be mainly divided into four parts. In the first part, through discussing the evolution of Japan’s long-term care insurance system, summed up the basic features of the Japanese care insurance;Secondly, through research, this paper predicts the future development direction of the Japanese care insurance services; Thirdly, it summarizes the various problems in the Japanese nursing insurance system, and suggests many relevant improvement measures; Fourthly, it is based on analysis of current situation about the population quantity, population structure,population policy and the elderly care services of our country, combined with the superiority and the insufficiency of Japanese in the long-term care insurance system, discusses how to reasonably applied the system to the elderly care and security problems.
