Based on the principle of holistic planning and step-by-step implementation, the information construction for coal mining enterprises will be implemented in three stages, including digital mine, sensory mine and intellimine. Presently, most of coal mining enterprises in China are in the stage of digital mine or sensory mine, only a few enterprises are in the stage of intellimine. However, with the advent of the big-data era,the application of a new generation of information technology and the putting forward of “Made in China 2025”, the construction of intellimine has become an important trend in the development of informatization for coal mining enterprises. Characteristic of thorough sensing, deep interconnection, high degree of sharing, intelligent service and visualization, the construction of intellimine emphasizes on the deep mining and analysis of the data collected from informatization system, achieving the intelligent decision-making for the production and operation management of coal mine enterprises. According to the field investigation, a series of problems appeared in the process of information construction of coal mining enterprises. The information construction of coal mining enterprises includes two parts, namely ground and underground. Due to different developers, development technology, encoding rules, data naming and data description, the problems of “digital divide” and “information island ” emerge in the construction of various management information systems of the ground part, precluding the sharing of information and data, and then the precious data generated from aforementioned systems fail to work. The six systems of risk aversion are managed by different deputy chiefs. To avoid the escape of responsibilities in case of possible safety accidents and ensure the safety of data-transmission,independent systems are constructed by deputy chiefs, obstructing the mutual communication of the sis systems and further deep mining of data from the six systems. For the current coal industry, in order to achieve the management of data during the production and management, the mutual communication should be realized between the industry information systems and related information systems of coal mining enterprises.In this paper, intellimine informatization standardization in the industry level is proposed to be set to solve the problems faced by coal mining enterprises and the coal industry. In the aspect of setting intellimine informatization standardization in the industry level, setting key standard is the urgent standardization work in the coal industry due to that the workload of intellimine informatization standardization is too large to be completed in short time, therefore, the identification of the key standard is the first task to be accomplished. In the aspect of carrying out the intellimine informatization standardization, on t he one hand, this act is affected by multiple subjects, such as government, industry associations, coal mining enterprises, software developers. These subjects have different interest pursuits and take different behaviors, resulting in the failure of expected effect of standardization. Therefore, the cooperation issue of these subjects is urgent to be studied. On the other hand, different responsibilities should be taken by the coal mining enterprises due to the fact that they have varying capacities of carrying out the intellimine informatization standardization. In order to give guidelines to enterprises in different level, it’s necessary to research the upgrading path of intellimine informatization standardization. Therefore, this paper introduces the concept of system, carries out the systematic research of intellimine informatization standardization, and emphasizes on t hree key issues, including the identification of key standard, cooperation issue of subjects and upgrading path. According to the thought of "raising issues and studying issues”, this paper is divided into seven chapters, as follows:Chapter 1: Introduction. Firstly, this chapter elaborates the three stages of information construction of coal mining enterprises, and articulates that the construction of intellimine has become an important trend in the information development of coal mining enterprises. On this basis, this chapter further discusses the emerging problems in the information construction of coal mining enterprises and the demand of data management of coal industry in the current situation, proposes that informatization standard of intellimine in the industry level be set, and points out that it’s necessary to undertake the work of intellimine informatization standardization. Secondly, this chapter analyzes the current situations of both related standards of intellimine informatization and informatization standardization of the coal mining enterprises, raises three realistic issues in the practice of intellimine informatization standardization. At last, this chapter clarifies the aim and significance of this study, analyzes the content and methods of the research, and puts forward the content framework and technical route.Chapter 2: The literature review. This chapter starts with the three key issues, namely identification of key standards of intellimine informatization, cooperation issue of subjects of intellimine informatization standardization and upgrading model of intellimine informatization standardization, sorts out and summarizes the literature from three aspects, including intellimine informatization standardization, standardization cooperation issue of subjects and informatization upgrading. Through literature review, this chapter discusses the research progress and insufficient of issues proposed to be studied in related fields, and then further identifies the issues needed to be solved.Chapter 3: The analytical framework of intellimine informatization standardization. Firstly, this chapter studies the features of intellimine and target of information construction of intellimine, analyzes the existing problems in the information construction of intellimine, proposes the intellimine informatization model and content, gives an in-depth analysis on the current situation of intellimine informatization standardization, and points out problems existed in the information construction of coal mining enterprises in China through investigation and analysis. Secondly, this chapter makes a comprehensive analysis on t he content, environment and factors of intellimine informatization standardization system with system theory thought. On this basis, the system structure of intellimine informatization standardization is constructed. Then, by introducing mechanical model, the operation mechanism of intellimine informatization standardization system is analyzed and related operation model is constructed. Based on the economic cybernetics, dynamic model of system operation is established, and related controllability and stability analysis of the model is also undertook. At last, three scientific issues of this paper are proposed based on aforementioned analysis.Chapter 4: The research on t he identification method of key standards of intellimine informatization. This chapter describes the features of key standards of intellimine informatization briefly at first, and puts forward the identification model of key standards of intellimine informatization. Secondly, the foundation and principles are set up for the construction intellimine informatization standardization. With the UML unified modeling language and LUBA theory, domain analysis on the standards of intellimine informatization is conducted, standard system of intellimine informatization is set up, and related standard system table is also defined. Then, based on the features and literature review of the key standards of intellimine informatization, an identification index range of key standards of intellimine informatization is defined, identification index system is established by exploratory factor analysis, the principal component analysis method is used to define the weight of each index, and then synthetic evaluative function of key standards of intellimine informatization is designed. At last, based on the association of class diagram and the framework of standard system of intellimine informatization, parameter of standard of intellimine informatization is qualitatively analyzed under the index identification system, the scores of all the standards of the standard system of intellimine informatization are obtained by comprehensive evaluation method, and then the key standard will be identified with the Pareto Principle.Chapter 5: The research on t he cooperation issue of subjects of intellimine informatization standardization on t he basis of game theory. This chapter gives an interpretation of the relevant rules issued by national Energy Administration and Ministry of industry and information technology. On this basis, three models of the standard establishment of intellimine informatization are introduced, a more comprehensive model of standard establishment and the cooperation issue of main subjects of intellimine informatization standardization are describeb. Then, the issue of cooperation issue of subjects is proposed in the standard establishment and implementation links of intellimine informatization, including cooperation between software developers, cooperation among government, industry association and coal mining enterprises, and cooperation between software developers and coal mining enterprises. At last, a game analysis is conducted for the three issues of cooperation issue of subjects with game theory, corresponding game model is constructed, and relevant cooperation suggestions are put forward.Chapter 6: The research on t he upgrading path of intellimine informatization standardization. This chapter discusses the necessity for the research on upgrading path of intellimine informatization standardization at first, the ability level model is constructed with the help of previous capability maturity model. Then, the factors of influencing the intellimine informatization standardization is investigated with literature study and exploratory factor analysis, the index weight of factors is defined through the method combining AHP and CVM, ability evaluation model of intellimine informatization standardization is proposed. The cobweb model of intellimine informatization standardization is defined with combination of ability level model and evaluation model, the evaluation method of ability level of intellimine informatization standardization are proposed. At last, the upgrading path of intellimine informatization standardization is proposed at last.Chapter 7: Conclusion and prospect. The chapter summarizes main conclusions and innovation points in this paper, points out the deficiency of research, and specifies its further direction of improvement. The main innovation points in this paper are as follows:1)The system operation model and dynamic operation model of intellimine informatization standardization are constructed through an overall analysis on content, environment and element of intellimine informatization standardization system.2)On the issue of the key standard identification method, the key standard identification model of intellimine informatization and identification index system are constructed to realize the identification of key standards.3)Aiming at the cooperation issue of subjects of intellimine informatization standardization, subject game models of intellimine informatization standardization are constructed, including game model within software developers, game model among government, industry association and coal mining enterprises and game model between software developers and coal mining enterprises.4)On the issue of upgrading path of intellimine informatization standardization, the evaluation method of ability level is proposed based on cobweb model and ability evaluation model.
