| With the rapid economic development of China in recent years, the demand for coal and other resources is increasing, a series of ecological problems(such as land subsidence, geological disasters, water damage)in the coal mining process is becoming more and more serious. As our country’s important energy and chemical industry base, coal mining subsidence problem is particularly prominent in Shanxi, which threatening the ecological environment and the life of the residents, So effective compensation and governance should be taken in coal mining subsidence of Shanxi, which can not only improve the living environment of the affected residents, but also promote the economy of the coal mining subsidence.In this study, we explore the ecological compensation mechanism of coal mining subsidence in Shanxi. Firstly an eco-compensation index system was built which including three criterion level indicator, and the weight of ten indicator was given by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Secondly, coal mining subsidence of Shanxi ecological compensation model was established by means of collecting materials, survey, statistics to draw respectively the compensation standard. Then calculate weights and compensation amount of the ten indicators in the ecological compensation system in coal mining subsidence.We calculated eco-compensation margin of the Da Heng Mine by using the mathematical model depending on the coal mining subsidence ecological compensation mechanism, it shows that environmental damage loss compensation, environmental pollution compensation and residents living compensation were 10339595 yuan, 1058615 yuan, and 408114 yuan,respectively. Finally, summarize and provide some comments on coal mining subsidence of ecological compensation in Shanxi, especially to non- key state-owned coal mines and non-state-owned coal mines. |
