In recent several years, in order to promote the growth of economic, the whole society fixed assets investment and the investment of each industry improved steadily. However, on the whole, the number of the investment is large, but the efficiency of the application of the funds is so low, and part of the investment belongs to the ineffective investment. The main reasons are that the supervision is not enough and the decision process is not scientific. In order to improve the efficiency of investment and ensure that the investment plays an important role in the economy, it is necessary to strengthen the management and supervision of the investment, especially the investment decision making process.The current situation of the fuzzy multiple attribute decision making theories are researched at first, including the expression form of the attribute values, the relationship of the attributes, the aggregated operators, the fuzzy multiple attribute decision making methods and the methodology for computing the attribute weights under fuzzy environment. Then for three problems exist in the grid enterprises domestic and overseas, including the environmental evaluation of the investment, the investment project selection and the selection of the partner, the existing decision making methods and the evaluation index system are reviewed in this thesis, simultaneously. To overcome drawbacks of the existing methods, the innovative work of this thesis as follows:Firstly, a novel evaluation method for the investment environment under the intuitionistic trapezoid linguistic environment is proposed. The relative concepts of the intuitionistic trapezoid linguistic variable are defined. On this basis, some intuitionistic trapezoid linguistic aggregation operators and multiple attribute decision making methods are proposed including aggregation operators for the independent attributes, intuitionistic trapezoid linguistic Power aggregation operators for the attributes support each other, intuitionistic trapezoid linguistic Prioritized aggregation operators for the attributes exist priority relationship and intuitionistic trapezoid linguistic Choquet aggregation operators for the attributes exist correlation. For the incomplete information of the weights of attributes, an intuitionistic trapezoid linguistic decision making method is presented based on the TOPSIS theory. For the real decision making situation, the evaluation index system of investment environment for the grid enterprises is constructed, and a proper method is selected to solve the investment environment evaluation of the grid enterprises.Secondly, an evaluation method under the hesitant intuitionistic linguistic environment is proposed. For the real decision making process, the decision makers may be hesitant among many assessment values, therefore the concept of the hesitant intuitionistic linguistic variable is defined. Then, some hesitant intuitionistic linguistic aggregation operators and multiple attribute decision making methods are proposed including aggregation operators for the independent attributes, hesitant intuitionistic linguistic Power aggregation operators for the attributes support each other, hesitant intuitionistic linguistic Prioritized aggregation operators for the attributes exist priority relationship and hesitant intuitionistic linguistic Choquet aggregation operators for the attributes exist correlation. For the incomplete information of the weights of attributes, a hesitant intuitionistic linguistic decision making method is presented based on the GRA theory. Finally, the investment environment evaluation of the grid enterprises under the hesitant intuitionistic linguistic environment is solved.Thirdly, a method is proposed for selecting the investment projects under the uncertain membership linguistic environment. Some concepts related to the uncertain membership linguistic variable are defined, and then some uncertain membership linguistic aggregation operators and multiple attribute decision making methods are proposed including aggregation operators for the independent attributes, uncertain membership linguistic Power aggregation operators for the attributes support each other, uncertain membership linguistic Prioritized aggregation operators for the attributes exist priority relationship and uncertain membership linguistic Choquet aggregation operators for the attributes exist correlation. For the incomplete information of the weights of attributes, an uncertain membership linguistic decision making method is presented based on the VIKOR theory. For the real problem, the evaluation index system of investment projects for the grid enterprises is constructed, and a proper decision making method is selected.Fourthly, another method is presented for selecting the investment projects under the dual hesitant linguistic environment. For the situation that the decision makers are hesitant, concepts of the dual hesitant fuzzy linguistic variable are defined, and then several dual hesitant linguistic aggregation operators and multiple attribute decision making methods are proposed including aggregation operators for the independent attributes, dual hesitant linguistic Power aggregation operators for the attributes support each other, dual hesitant linguistic Prioritized aggregation operators for the attributes exist priority relationship and dual hesitant linguistic Choquet aggregation operators for the attributes exist correlation. For the incomplete information of the weights of attributes, a dual hesitant linguistic decision making method is presented based on the GRA theory. A real practical example of the investment projects evaluation for the grid enterprises is introduced to verify the decision making method based on the dual hesitant linguistic variable.Fifthly, a novel method for selecting partner of the grid enterprises is presented under the hesitant interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic environment. Several concepts of the hesitant interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic variable are defined, and several hesitant interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic aggregation operators and multiple attribute decision making methods are proposed including aggregation operators for the independent attributes, hesitant interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic Power aggregation operators for the attributes support each other, hesitant interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic Prioritized aggregation operators for the attributes exist priority relationship and hesitant interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic Choquet aggregation operators for the attributes exist correlation. For the incomplete information of the weights of attributes, a hesitant interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic decision making method is presented based on the TOPSIS theory. Problems of the invitation for bids are studied and the new evaluation index system is constructed. Then, a proper method is selected to solve the real evaluation problem existed in the process of the invitation for bids.
