The dual hesitant fuzzy linguistic set(DHFLS)is an extension of the linguistic variables.It combines the linguistic variables and the dual hesitant fuzzy set(DHFS)in the description of decision information,which not only reflects the decision maker's preference for linguistic variables,but also contains the membership degree and non-membership degree for linguistic variables.It is a more flexible method to express information.In this paper,the dual hesitant fuzzy linguistic multi-attribute group decision making are studied.The main results are as follows:The dual hesitant fuzzy linguistic entropy measures and cross-entropy measures are proposed.In order to measure the uncertainty presented in the information of the dual hesitant fuzzy linguistic element(DHFLE),the novel comprehensive entropy consisting of three kinds of entropies:the fuzzy entropy,the hesitant entropy and the lack of knowledge entropy is proposed.And the corresponding axiomatic requirements and the construction methods are studied respectively.Then,the cross-entropy measure of DHFLEs is proposed to measure the degree of difference between the two DHFLEs.And the cross-entropy measures are constructed based on different function models.A TOPSIS multi-attribute group decision making method for DHFLS is proposed.The shortcomings of the existing score function and accuracy function of DHFLE are analyzed,and the more accurate score function and variance function are proposed.Based on the research of the entropy and the cross entropy of DHFLEs,two kinds of the weight determination models are proposed under the conditions that the information of the attribute weights is unknown completely and known partially.After that,combined the dual hesitant fuzzy linguistic Center-OWA(DHFLCOWA),the specific steps of TOPSIS multi-attribute group decision making method for DHFLS are given.The validity and rationality of this method are verified by an example.An ED AS multi-attribute group decision making method for DHFLS is proposed.The possibility formula of DHFLE and the specific sorting method of DHFLEs are proposed.The average solution of multiple alternatives under a single attribute is determined based on the ranking results of DHFLEs.After that,combined DHFLCOWA,the specific steps of EDAS multi-attribute group decision making method for DHFLS are given.The flexibility and scientificity of the method are verified by an example.The existing decision-making method for DHFLS and the methods proposed in this paper are compared and analyzed,and the rationality and scientificity of the methods proposed in this paper are verified by an example.The methods proposed in this paper are applied to evaluate and select the green suppliers of automobile manufacturing enterprises based on environmental standards.From the perspective of environmental impact,the green information of battery suppliers of automobile manufacturing enterprises is comprehensively evaluated.And the results are analyzed and some related suggestions are put forward.
