Research On Development Model Innovation Of Chinese Construction Enterprises

In order to change the long-term development of low-price, high consumption and low-value-added status and to achieve the sustainable development of Chinese construction enterprises, the thesis took a research on the innovative development model of Chinese construction enterprises based on the related theories of enterprises development model, and formed following results:This paper presents three models of innovative development of construction enterprises based thereon, i.e. alliance model, service-oriented construction model and composite knowledge-based economy model, and builds the innovative development model for construction enterprises so as to systematically illustrate the way for construction enterprises to improve business performance through three innovation models through probing into theoretical interpretation of development pattern, partnership theory, value chain theory and knowledge theory. The innovative portfolio of construction enterprise development model, which is built further, will have important theoretical and realistic significance to the transformation of the construction enterprises’ economic growth pattern.This paper established evaluation indicator system for innovative development mode of construction enterprise and the performance evaluation system on the basis of the key elements of the three innovative development modes in theoretical model, and they could also be taken as the tool for systematic, comprehensive and objective measurement of the said three innovative development modes’ effect on business development.During the period of empirical research, the author performed survey based on all indicators of innovative development mode evaluation indicator system, collected data from survey objects by means of questionnaires, interview, expert consultation, enterprise information query and case collection etc., made analysis of the performance of and interactions between key factors in the three modes, as well as their interactions with enterprise performance indicators by sorting analysis method, correlation analysis method, clustering methodology, and cross section analysis method etc., revealed the interaction between key factors in the three modes, and demonstrated the said three innovative development modes’ effect on business performance improvement and the innovative development of enterprise. Based on the action mechanism of innovative development revealed in above-noted research, this paper further analyzed, refined and summarized the performance and implementation strategies of a well-known construction firm in respect of the said three innovative development modes, and verified the validity and practical significance of the above-mentioned modes.The thesis results have offered useful guidance and references for the development of related China-based construction enterprises.
