Innovation is the dynamic force for the enterprises development, the essence ofenergy and the eternal subject for the enterprises. Knowledge Innovation is the mainresource for enterprises to keep permanent competition advantages. Based on theManagement Science, Economics, Information System Science and other theories andmethods, this paper systemically studies the principle of the WorkSite-OrientedEnterprises Knowledge Innovation and the enterprise knowledge innovationmanagement. Some new concepts, models and methods are also presented in thispaper. The main research contents of this dissertation were listed below.After the discussion of the effect of the Knowledge Innovation on the economydevelopment, this paper summarizes the status of the domestic and overseas researchabout Knowledge Innovation. Based on the correlative conceptions of KnowledgeInnovation, this thesis puts forward a new knowledge dividing standards, whichdivide the knowledge into Principle Knowledge and Enable Knowledge. This part isthe foundation of all the following research.From the point of view of knowledge, this paper thinks the organization is theaggregate of many kinds of knowledge and the development of enterprise is the resultof the alternant affection of the Knowledge Innovation and Knowledge Accumulation.This thesis founds the three-dimensional model of Knowledge Accumulation andpresents the equation of the knowledge increase. It points out the three mainapproaches to realize the increasing of unit knowledge possession are improving theunit knowledge innovation ability, enhancing the unit knowledge study ability andslowdown the oblivion speed of unit knowledge.Based on the dividing of knowledge into Principle Knowledge and EnableKnowledge, following the principle of practice-theory-practice, through the analyzingof several concrete cases of Knowledge Innovation, this thesis builds the KnowledgeReengineering Model of WorkSite-Oriented Enterprises Knowledge Innovation andanalyzes the processes and elements during the Knowledge Innovation. It presentsthat the correct abstract is the key to solve the problem and the abstractive problemand the Principle Knowledge of the knowledge resource is the core of the process ofKnowledge Innovation. It describes that attaching the Enable Knowledge to thePrinciple Knowledge is the process that achieving the enterprises knowledgeinnovation.In this thesis, a management model of WorkSite-Oriented Enterprises KnowledgeInnovation is brought forward. Aiming to achieve the enterprises KnowledgeInnovation, looking the innovation group as the main part, based on the JIT thinking,focusing on the four areas which the enterprises problems generate, using themeasures of post alternation and supported by the Industrial Engineering technologies,the management model is a WorkSite-Oriented Enterprises Knowledge InnovationSystem which is built on the enterprises knowledge management platform. Then, thisthesis discusses the elements of the model in detail and presents that the work ofWorkSite-Oriented Enterprises Knowledge Innovation is benefit to the enterprisesKnowledge Innovation.Finally, this paper provides the research about the implementation ofWorkSite-oriented enterprises knowledge innovation and management model in LCorporation and demonstrates that Knowledge Innovation in the WorkSite hasenhanced the quality level and economic benefits of L Corporation.
