Since the beginning of the end of the 20th century, the development of information industry in this network economy period; the international economic integration and the globalization of the world market; and the advancement of technology has trigger the new concepts on how to create values and acquire those values; and which also trigger the cooperation needs in between the enterprises.According to the years of work experience, the author found some questions and relations in the cooperation between two enterprises. Such as:Why the cooperation between medium and small enterprises does not rely on formal written contract? What is the reason that two companies would still continue cooperation without a formal written contract? How to avoid the transaction risk during the cooperation of two enterprises without a formal written contract? What is the mechanism to ensure the successful of continuous cooperation in between two enterprises without a formal written contract?Academics have not formed on the systematic answers to these questions, and the analysis is more in single analysis aspect and lack of in-depth and structure analysis. For this system to answer to the enterprise customer relationship management, marketing strategy and corporate management are essential, especially in the traditional Chinese cultural background, the answer to this question is more important. For changes in the relations of cooperation between enterprises, the traditional contract can help organizations reduce the risk of unpredictable relations and uncertainties, the more visible the psychological contract is also a role to play, and sometimes whether the enterprises of both sides The cooperation has played a decisive role. Therefore, from the psychological contract between the enterprises from a new perspective to re-examine the relations of cooperation between enterprises is gaining access to new tool for long-term competitiveness.Therefore, in order to try to solve the problem and question, this study mainly focus on two levels of six topics:the first level, the composition of the psychological contract between the enterprises, the present research is very limited in this area, therefore this study will focus on:1) a summary of theoretical basis and foundation of the psychological contract between enterprises; 2) compare and summarize the existing study and limitation of domestic and international overview of psychological contract researches; 3) to study the formation constitute the framework of the psychological contract between enterprises, including the antecedents, elements and forms. The second level of this study will be focus on the mechanism of psychological contract between enterprises influence the cooperation relations between enterprises, including below three topics:1) based on psychology and social exchange theory and perspective, to explains the psychological contract between the individuals to extend to apply in the cooperative relationship between the inter-enterprise groups; 2) empirical analysis and the establishment of cooperation between enterprises of the psychological contract indexes and elements, and the mechanism of its mutual influence; 3) apply this study result of the psychological contract elements, structure and influence mechanism to the practical analysis and application.The significance of this study will be as follows:(1) completing the theory of the psychological contract between enterprises with construct the analytical model and research framework; (2) provide the theoretical support to psychological contract between enterprise from psychological theory and social exchange theory; (3) provide the analytical model and measurement of enterprise cooperation from the perspective of psychological contract.The main content and conclusion of this study as below:(1) To employee classic repeated games theory, dynamic game theory and evolutionary game theory, from the macro-institutional level and micro-operational level, the continued cooperation between enterprises, game analysis, proved that in a long process, based on the enterprise individual long-term interests as well as the overall interest of the national industrial clusters, the psychological contract between the enterprise was proven exists dynamic Nash equilibrium as a rational enterprise, between enterprises game theory.(2) In this study, the scale of well-designed questionnaire survey of 512 companies, the survey data using factor analysis method to determine the significants factors of the psychological contract between cooperate enterprises to build a business continuity cooperation in the framework of the psychological contract model, the psychological contract company strength factors constitute interaction feel the factors and the interdependence of factors. Each of these factors there are a lot of the main factors:the strength of enterprises content the corporate reputation, product capability and staff capacity of three main factors; interaction feel the main factors that content a close relationship, the communication of information and level of service to three major impact factors; interdependence extent factors covering the alternative difficulty, opportunity cost and joint development of three factors.(3) Using structural equation analysis method to analyze the influence of the three constituent elements of the psychological contract between enterprises on the continued cooperation between enterprises. The results shown that sustained the level of cooperation between enterprises, have a direct impact on corporate reputation, staff capacity, the close relationship between the level of information communication difficult, alternative, opportunity cost, and joint development and other factors; continued cooperation and inter-enterprise efficiency have a direct impact on factor of product capabilities, staff capacity, level of service and joint development factors.This study analyzes the impact factors of the psychological contract affect the degree of interaction between the factors of the continuing cooperation between enterprises, as well as analysis the interaction in between the variables. This study also interpretation of the practical application base on structural equation analysis and the empirical study results.The innovation of this study is mainly reflected in the following areas:(1) Try to employee psychological theory and social exchange theory to improve the theoretical basis of the psychological contract between cooperation enterprises.(2) To use of repeated game theory, dynamic game theory and evolutionary game theory method and model to prove that the cooperation between enterprises of the psychological contract has an equilibrium solution and the psychological contract could explain and reduce the transaction uncertainty as well as transaction risk.(3) From the theoretical and empirical analytical result of this study to structure psychological contract elements and framework as well as influence mechanism, to offer suggestion to the enterprise how to develop a cooperative relationship as maintain the sustainable cooperation with it’s strategy partners.
