With the forthcoming of creative economy, creative industry, as a new driving force of socioeconomic, has rapidly developed at home and abroad. Meanwhile, fuzzy front-end of product innovation needs a large amount of ideas with novel, value and complexity. The real innovation is just realized through ideas transferring from ideology to physicalogy. Researchers have praised personal creativity and considered it as a talent in individuals, but along with the development of industry, creative ideas and problem solving have become so complicated that creative teams have really caught the attention. For example, tracing the history of big ideas, like the design for Google Driveless Car, design for 3D printing principle, and the design for opening ceremony of 2008 Beijing Olympic, they are not the brash work of loners, but the consequence of an efficient social network constituted by actors’ knowledge and skill exchanging and interaction with others’ creativity for the big information, great complexity and difficulty to achieve. Hence, not only emerging creative industry but also traditional industry and high-tech industry need complex creative ideas achieved by creative teams effectively integrated members’ creativity.Based on relevant theories, such as system science, organization science, cognitive science, psychology, and social networks, this paper used the methods, such as theoretical reasoning, empirical analysis, and synthetical evalution to study five main contents about creativity of complex creative idea teams: conceptual model, measurement scale, influence factors, evalution model, and dynamic evolution. To solve these five difficult problems is the key and major challenge faced by complex creative idea teams, and also has important theoretical and practical significance for improving creativity of complex creative idea teams, enriching and developing the theories of team creativity and promoting the rapid development of creative industries and traditional industries.Firstly, the theories related to this study, such as creative interaction theory, complex system theory, social network theory and team life-cycle theory were reviewed. The concept and characteristics of complex creative ideas, as well as the definition of creativity of complex creative idea teams were discussed, revealing the differences between complex creative ideas and ordinary creative ideas. Based on the complex system theory, this paper proposed the conceptual model of creativity of complex creative idea teams form three dimensions as creative thinking, creative action, and creative outcome, which reveals the dual-emergency of creativity, and then develops and verifies the measurement scale.From subject, object, environment and medium factors, this paper employed regression equations to verify the effects of diversity of domain-knowledge, diversity of creativity-skill, task complexity, task autonomy, creative supporting, participation safety, and creative interaction. The results show that: diversity of domain-knowledge, task autonomy, creative supporting, participation safety has a significant positive impact on creative interaction. Creative interaction fully mediates the relationship between diversity of both domain-knowledge and participation safety and team creativity, while partially mediates the relationship between both task autonomy and creative supporting and team creativity.According to three evaluation dimensions of creative thinking, creative action and creative outcome, this paper employed the methods of GA-FNN and established the evaluation system of creativity of complex creative idea teams with three first-grade indicators, seven second-grade indicators, twenty-five third-grade indicators. The study sample included 20 complex creative teams in 14 companies in Jinan High-tech Development Zone. The 25 indexes on creativity of complex creative teams were then graded by team managers and senior creative professionals.We performed a 12 months longitudinal on-site study during which we tracked 17 creative entrepreneur teams constituted by senior graduates in H University to map the creative interaction network as they went through all the phases of team creativity evolution from formation, growth, mature to decline/restart. It revealed the relationship between node(domain-relevant knowledge and creativity-relevant skill), edge(interaction frequency and interaction depth), network structure(density and closeness centrality) and creativity of complex creative idea teams during the process of evolution.Finally, from the different perspectives of conceptual model, influence factors, evaluation, dynamic evolution of creativity of complex creative idea teams, this paper proposed a variety of suggestions to promote creativity of complex creative idea teams.
