In the Internet era guided by information technology,innovation has become an important force to construct the enterprise competitiveness system for the constant pace of development and various market changes,which has a profound impact on the operation and revolution of enterprises.In this context,as the core elements of the organization,how to improve the individual creative performance of employees is being continuous explored subject in the field of entrepreneurship.Previous researches have analyzed the relationship between individual characteristics,conditions and individual innovation performance from different perspectives.However,it neglected the proactive role of employees' initiative in this process.With the deepen individual behavior researches,more researches attempt to discuss the relationship between individual active behavior factors and employees' innovation processes and creative performance,so as to analyze the mechanism of active behavior process deeply,and ultimately promoting the level of employees' creative performance and innovation management of organization.Based on theoretical review and literature summary,this article built the research model and put forward the corresponding hypotheses of relationships among variables by introducing feedback-seeking behavior of employees with social recognition theory and self-regulation theory.At the same time,it carried out this research design with domestic and foreign research results and formed the empirical research questionnaire.In the survey,it took various types of enterprise employees from different regions in Jiangsu and Shanghai province as sample data.Eventually,a total of 201 valid data were collected.Then it carried out data processing and empirical analysis by SPSS20.0 and AMOS24.0 to verify the content of hypotheses in the study.Ultimately,it conducted the following conclusions:1.The employee's creative self-efficacy had a significant positive impact on individual creative performance level.2.Creative self-efficacy had a significant positive impact on employees' feedback seeking behaviors.It could promote the frequency of inquiry and monitoring feedback seeking behavior.3.Inquiry and monitoring feedback seeking behavior both had significant positive impacts on individual creative performance level.4.Employees' inquiry and monitoring feedback seeking behaviors partly mediated the relationship between creative self-efficacy and individual creative performance.5.Organizational creative climate positively moderated the positive effect of creative self-efficacy on inquiry feedback seeking and the positive effect of creative self-efficacy on monitoring feedback seeking. |
