A Study On Investment Environment Evaluation Of Overseas Oil And Gas Exploration And Development

Making full use of“two resources, two markets”is an important idea for nontraditional mining resource economy and an effective measure to resolve China’s increasing contradiction between supply and demand of oil and gas. The paper sticks to the basic rule of combining theory with practice, adopts the methods of normative research, logical induction, systematic analysis, comprehensive analysis and empirical analysis, uses the international direct investment theory and investment environment theory, reviews systematically the above theories’main contents and analyzes features and constituents of investment environment system. According to the scientific, practical and objective rules, the paper designs index system of investment environment evaluation, works out fuzzy evaluation model by combining analytical hierarchy process with entropy method based on overseas investment environment features of oil and gas exploration and development. The main features of the model is taking both objective and subjective weight into consideration, which makes it well targeted and practical to evaluate overseas investment environment of oil and gas exploration and development. Finally, based on the practice of China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation’s overseas oil and gas exploration and development, the paper evaluates the main ten oil producing nations’investment environment. The paper mainly includes:(1) International direct investment study.
