Overseas Oil And Gas Exploration And Development Of A Company Development Strategy Research

It is well known that the gas and oil is a kind of nonrenewable resources and it has become the daily needs of the importance energy. Facing the growing demand of gas and oil, it not only brings the contradiction between supply and demand about the gas and oil resources in domestic but also made abroad in short supply. What's more, many countries have already appeared the gas and oil crisis. Now, many countries is going abroad and overseas to explore the gas and oil in order to obtain more resources and economic interests. China is a developing country and exploration the overseas gas and oil has become china's oil security and national foreign strategic issues. Many oil enterprises is quickened with "going global" in oil exploration and international business. This is not only for the development of enterprises, but also to protect the national security and implement the strategy of sustainable development needs. This article is rounding a company from the gas and oil exploration, and combine with the knowledge about the strategy of enterprise management which, making the overseas development strategy for the company.Firstly, the article introduced the theory about the strategy of enterprise management. Secondly, we have analyzed the internal and external environment for gas and oil exploration in overseas about the company. Then we integrated the internal and external conditions with the company and using the SWOT method to analyze the situation that the opportunities and threats with the gas and oil exploration in overseas of the company, and analyze its own advantages and disadvantages. Facing the opportunities and threats in overseas, we combined the external environment factors with the internal factors in search for the strategic plan that using the advantages and seizing the opportunities to overcome the dangers, taking advantages of opportunities for the inferior, overcoming our weaknesses and threats. Then, considering the above mentioned, we proposed the development strategy for the oil and gas exploration and production in overseas of company which we hoping the gas and oil exploration in overseas achieved the effective and rapid development.
