Be focused on many types of hydrocarbon accumulation, great changes of oil and gas property , varieties of origin gas and oil, complex reservoir formation, various reservoir playing in the Mahai region, guided by reservoir formation geochemistry theory, this study makes use of new methods on whole-hydrocarbon geochemistry and new techniques on reservoir formation research, main source hydrocarbon and its migratory direction have been comprehensively studied and affirmed in the Mahai region, in the meantime, on the basis of definite source hydrocarbon and hydrocarbon generation history ,this study takes full use of reservoir bed ,cap rock, traps evolutionary history, reveal oil and gas how to migrate and gather, dissect reservoir formation mechanism, and establish reservoir formation model accordingly.
