This thesis takes the petroleum system theory and the oil reservoir geochemistry as the guide,introduce the research idea of" oil-gas partition capture",applies entire hydrocarbon geochemical method inncluding gas composition and carbon isotope,light hydrocarbon, aromatics,and biological marker to comprehensive identify oil-gas source and cause of the deep and shallow layer in northwest Qaidam Basin.The thesis summarizes the petroleum migration and accumulation regularity and establishes its mode,at the same time appraises the exploration foreground and points out the favorable exploration area.Focued on the source rocks of Qaidam Basin Northwest hydrocarbon in the evaluation, clear the main layers of the hydrocarbon source rocks and distribution features in the Northwest,and to determine the abundance and type of the source rocks.Summed up the oil distribution rule of Qaidam Basin Northwest,and determine maturity and type of oil and gas, except the oil-gas in the Kaitemilike was high-over mature product,the oil and gas in the Northwest are mature stage of the product.And research on the sources and causes of the oil and gas,pointed out the existence of two sets of source rocks and two-forming system in the Qaidam Basin Northwest;the oil of shallow layer mainly from the source rocks(N-1 Upper), Deep from the source rock(N₁ lower -E₃²).And combined fluorescence thin and inclusion enclave of reservoir analysis to determine the period and time of the hydrocarbon accumulation,deep and shallow layer different in the time of accumulation.To research the migration of Qaidam Basin of the basin control the organic matter abundance and type of organic matter,summed up the distribution of source rock influence to oil and gas distribution, said the crude oil features of the Northwest and Southwest areas are different,and explained the oil in the Northwest not from the south of depressions source rocks,but from the source rock near the structure,to be the nearest capture product.Finally,combined the tectonic history of typical structure,established the hydrocarbon accumulation mode.According to pool research proposals focused on exploration of the high abundance of source rocks(N₁-E₃²)in northwest,Also may be found the original reservoir(gas condensate reservoir)in the deep layer of the structure keep in good condition similar to Nanyishan structure.
