The main tasks in the designing and operation of oil field ground water injection system include three parts, the programming of system, the analysis of system efficiency, the naming optimization of system. The three parts have their own core, but they influence each other. So, in this paper, the three parts are regarded as just one question to study. As the programming of water injection system, a multiobjective model is raised in this paper, to solve the model, the total problem is divided to four parts, the water injection wells class/ing to distribution plant, the layout optimization of distribution plants, the layout optimization of pump station and main distribution pipelines, the parameter optimization of main distribution pipelines. In analysis of system efficiency, the pipe network efficiency is divided to main pipe efficiency, distribution efficiency and well pipe efficiency to find out the reasons for the lower system efficiency. The efficiency judge standards for the ZhongYuan Oil Filed are suggested. As the running optimization of water injection system, this paper points at the way of divided the huge water injection system to small system according to 'Pressure Valley' theory. The calculation model of water injection unit and the calculation steps of running optimization are presented.. The new theory of running optimization also be introduced in this paper.
