Water injection is a very important method in oil and gas field development engineering,relative to other,water injection recovery cost is low,the source of the water is easy to solve,most of the oil field using water injection exploitation.From the viewpoint of saving energy and reducing consumption,energy consumption of water injection system is a big energy consumption of oilfield production.Along with the oilfield development gradually,after oil is produced,in order to ensure the formation pressure,it is necessary to water injection.After water injection,reservoir water cut rising,in order to ensure the oil production,water injection will also increase gradually,with the increase of water injection,water injection system power consumption increase gradually.According to the relevant data analysis,when the water cut of oil field is more than 70%,the water injection system is about 40% of the electricity power consumption of the oil field production.So it is the energy consumption of the oil field production system,how to improve the efficiency of water injection system,decrease the cost of water injection is a major concern of managers.Xinglong oilfield presented into development in 1971,water injection began in1974.As of the end of 2016,a total of 328 wells,well open 204,daily water injection9030m3.With the improvement of oil field exploitation degree and increase of mining intensity,waterflood critical leakage problem more and more.In the process of water flooding constantly develop new blocks,water injection pipe network area is more and more widely,the ground network crisscross complex.New and old pipe network alternate,pipe and valve set is more,the local has a profile.Bring oilfield water injection system management,maintenance,and efficient work great difficulty and challenge.Some blocks water injection earlily,equipment production for a long time,which reduces the equipment operation efficiency.Some network operating life is longer,cause the pipeline corrosion is serious,local perforation phenomenon,leading to low system efficiency,energy loss is bigger.According to the present situation of water injection in xinglong oilfield in this paper,the ground water injection system energy consumption,analysis the technological process of water injection system and the energy consumption structure,characteristic of each part of energy saving.According to field test conditions,analysis of energy saving(frequency conversion technology,coating technology and network optimization technology,etc.),improve the efficiency of water injection system,the efficiency of the pump efficiency of the injection pump,and the pipeline,reducing water injection energy consumption,saving the cost of water injection,the relevant field data validation,also for the water injection system in the future of energy saving reconstruction to provide reliable technical support.
