Fructose -1,6-diphosphate (FDP) is a new kind of specific drug on a cell molecular level used to cure cardiovascular disease. It's a well -known fact that FDP is an important intermediate product of the glycmetabolic and FDP has mu(?)-ple functions to adjust the metabolism of human body. So the researches and applications of FDP in the field of cardiovascular have been widely studied from base research to clinical practice. In order to promote the researches on the domestic product of FDP and the great development on the respect of practical clinical, even have a deep understanding on the effect mechanism of FDP, I have done a series of researches since 1991 and got some meaningful results. The main study of the dissertation are finished as follows.1. It's showed that changing the permeability of brewer yeast's cell wall and steadily increasing leakage out of yeast intracelluar enzyme is the key in the course of biosythesis of FDP. On the basis of summing up physical and chemical methods reported before, the method to produce FDP suggested by the author including employing boiled — water washing, toluene pretreatment, surfactant permeating through yeast cell has been proved very effective to solve the problems aboved. The results show that cells treated by way of the method suggested by the author is one of the most effective method in the industry production of FDP.2. On the basis of making a summary on the methods of CaCl2, ion-exchange methods and other methods reported, the process of producing FDP's powder has been suggested. The FDP's powder is made by way of fermantation,centrifaga-tion,ion-exchange, extraction and purification by alcohol, and finally freeze-drying. According to the industrial process suggested, the transformation rate of sucrose to crude FDP is 15%, the recovery rate of the purification is 75%, the yield rate is 11. 5%, the purity of FDP is over 96%. The further experiment shows that the process is practical and the quality of product is steady.
