A series of 5 4-phenyl-(N-(imidazolidin-2-ylidene) nitramide)-1-yl-methyl)-2-imine thiazole derivativies, nitroguanidine and 2-nitroethene-1-amine derivatives containing thiazole ring, N-substituted thiazole alkyl sulfoximine derivatives were designed and synthesized.Benzoylphenylureas are a promising class of insect growth regulators, with target selectivity, low application rates, ecotoxicological safety profile. While they act slowly and have not systemic action. In search for new insect growth regulators with improved prifiles, we designed and synthesized two series of 32 novel heterocycle benzoylphenylureas using bioisoterism and union of active group. Using L-1215 as a lead compound, 17 novel 5-phenyl-6H-1,3,4-thidiazine derivatives were synthesized. In order to improve the systemic action, 16 novel benzoylphenylureas containing thizaloe ring on the urea bridge were designed and synthesized.110 novel target compounds and 58 novel intermediate were synthesized. The structures of new compounds were confirmed by NMR, IR, MS, Elemental Analyses and X-ray diffraction. The bioactivity results showed that some compounds showed good insecticidal and fungicidal activity.
