The heterocyclic compound is the mainstream of the development of pesticide. Neonicotinoids containing thiazole ring have their unique and biological properties, such as broad-spectrum insecticidal activity, low application rates, favorable safety profile, Which provides excellent control of sucking insects and some Lepidoptera pests. With the wide use of imidacloprid and other neonicotinoids, neonicotinoids have showed high levels of resistance.In search for new insecticide with high activity, broad-spectrum, low toxicity and favorable safety profile, we designed 77 novel neonicitinoid compounds using analogue synthesis, bioisoterism and union of active group on the base of the structure-activity relationship. A series of 5 4-phenyl-(N-(imidazolidin-2-ylidene) nitramide)-1-yl-methyl)-2-imine thiazole derivativies, nitroguanidine and 2-nitroethene-1-amine derivatives containing thiazole ring, N-substituted thiazole alkyl sulfoximine derivatives were designed and synthesized.Benzoylphenylureas are a promising class of insect growth regulators, with target selectivity, low application rates, ecotoxicological safety profile. While they act slowly and have not systemic action. In search for new insect growth regulators with improved prifiles, we designed and synthesized two series of 32 novel heterocycle benzoylphenylureas using bioisoterism and union of active group. Using L-1215 as a lead compound, 17 novel 5-phenyl-6H-1,3,4-thidiazine derivatives were synthesized. In order to improve the systemic action, 16 novel benzoylphenylureas containing thizaloe ring on the urea bridge were designed and synthesized.110 novel target compounds and 58 novel intermediate were synthesized. The structures of new compounds were confirmed by NMR, IR, MS, Elemental Analyses and X-ray diffraction. The bioactivity results showed that some compounds showed good insecticidal and fungicidal activity.
