Residential Area Lighting Pollution Cumulative Evaluation Research

This study was designed to evaluate the harmful factors of outdoor lighting environment in cities residential area of China. It can be called residential area lighting pollution at night. It includes glare lighting \ lighting trespass and spill light, three types of pollution light. The aim of this paper is to evaluate it quantities , and propose a evaluate method for residential area in our country.Basing on the environment survey of Tianjin\Changsha\Zhengzhou'typical residential lighting environment, this paper gave characters analysis and affect of residential lighting pollution environment. Then it used OLIVIA software to build 163 models of three types of lighting pollution environment, and got date nearly 10thousand. At last, the study got the quantity relationship between level of lighting pollution and there environment factors after the SPSS calculation and analysis.This paper got three important conclusions after residential area lighting pollution environment research:First, it proposed glare degree calculation formula for discomfortble glare on road of residential area in China.Second, it give lighting trespass degree calculation formula which is used for a large area and huge number of windows trespass lighting evaluating.And it give a spill lighting degree calculation formula for residential area.Third, it divided lighting pollution environment into 7 grade, and gave there standards. And it bring a new method to count the lighting pollution degree in residential area in our country.All of the conclusion above will be a good foundation of evaluating and analogizing lighting pollution environment in our residential area .And it will be an important factor in the course of ecology residential evaluation.Another important signification of this paper is to understand the complicate lighting pollution environment in residential areas, and is to know the level of different types of pollution light in the area.And this study also provided a useful basis to optimized residential lighting environment design, and to ensure the safely\energy saving \reliable and comfortable for the lighting environment.
