Prestressed concrete technology in the field of civil engineering is widely used, and has made a lot of research. However, people have different views on the understanding of the mechanical properties of prestressed concrete structure. These different views affect the design concept and application technology of prestressed structure. Therefore, further detailed study is necessary. So, this article studies the mechanical properties of prestressed concrete structure with bonded and unbounded prestressed concrete structure. The main research contents and results are as follows:1. Low cyclic loading tests on the seismic performance of the two specimens. The results describe the specific differences in carrying capacity, ductility and energy aspects of the two prestressed beams. The bond test results are compared to the unbounded specimen results:equivalent viscosity coefficient is 29.2% higher, bearing capacity higher than 7.4%, ductility coefficient was 8.8%lower;2. The study examined the relationship between the frequency and tensile strength. It also confirmed their relationship affected by the structural parameters; regardless of the positive or negative correlation conclusions, the results are incomplete. Even for the same specimen under different tension, it may exist at the inflection point between positive and negative correlation. The basis of the above study is to explore the prestressed identification method;3. The article discusses the channel frictional loss law, and compares the difference between the tensioned inverted arch values. The basis of the tensile value and its influencing factors is given to simplify the measurement and calculation methods of tensile values. The algorithm can effectively and accurately calculate the tensile values;4. This paper studies the impact of the grouting quality by the grouting material and grouting process. It also gives the differences of prestressed concrete beams of the different quality of grouting in the energy, ductility, bearing capacity. Finally, the research results are summarized and further research issues are raised.
