Concrete is common building materials, and its research and service are nearly200years. With the progress of society and appearance of high-rise, super high-rise and large span buildings, concrete materials is the key and support of important civil engineering and infrastructure development. While, concrete is a multi-level and non-homogeneous compostite materials, and it makes the strength and deformation of concrete more complexity, thus it leads to the difficulties in the investigating on the concrete structure model. In addition, the concrete design theory still based on the hydrated cement paste model theory, and the core of this theory is water-binder ratio, which neglects the coarse aggregate influence on concrete strength and durability.Based on the hydrated cement paste model theory, and considered the effect of coarse aggregate in morden concrete, Frame Concrete Model (FCM) was proposed. FCM considers that concrete is consisting of coarse aggregate, concrete mortar and the transition zone between them. Based on the effect of coarse aggregate in common concrete, frame form of concrete was investigated by particle filling pack theory. Frame concrete mix proportion design was proposed, furthermore to research the frame concrete properties. The main work and results of the thesis include:1. According to concrete research results are incomparable, and mortar ratio deviation was proposed on control concrete and FCM. Mortar ratio deviaion fomular was established, in order to lay the foundation of FCM mix proportion design.2. On the viewpoint of FCM, the frame of common concrete was investigated by contrast test. Frame effect of coarse aggregate with different lithology, strength, volume content, the maximum particle size of coarse aggregate and recycled coarse aggregate were investigated in common concrete, and established mortar ratio deviaion fomular of recycled coarse aggregate concrete.3. Based on filling pack theory and density principle, equivalent coordination numbers of coarse aggregate were researched, and the fram contribution effecr of coarse aggregate was researched.4. Sand-cement ratio, water consumption in unit volume W, and mortar ratio deviation δSw were proposed to design frame concrete. Real water-binder ratio were proposed on embolization factor, and it was to lay a foundation of frame concrete durability check; 5. Double inverted slumphe was designed to investgate workability of frame concrete, and standard methods of frost resistance and permeability experimental were defined to research the frost resistance and permeability of frame concrete. Considering the damage theory, anti-freeze factor was proposed to evaluate concrete frost resistance.
