At present, as urbanization and the construction of small towns acceleration of the process of industrial and civil construction updates and increasing the scale of the relocation of municipal, on the one hand because of the disintegration of buildings and the drastic increase in volume of waste concrete, if not disposed of properly, it will not only occupation will be a large number of cultivated land will pollute the environment; On the other hand, the rapid increase in the amount of concrete, the natural increase aggregate demand, aggregate and natural resources is very limited. Waste concrete prepared using high-quality recycled aggregate concrete, aggregate not only save natural resources, but also can reduce waste concrete for the environment, consistent with sustainable development a national strategy. This is the accepting countries "15" scientific and technological subjects (2004 BA809B0305) on the basis of the results of research in the country, "11th Five-Year" plan focused on scientific and technological support issues (2006 BAJ02B0504) funding for completion.In this paper, plastic particles strengthen technology, a simple broken recycled coarse aggregate intensify with the Comparative Study of particles before and after plastic recycled coarse aggregate performance changes. This paper focus on the regeneration of coarse aggregate type (simple recycled coarse aggregate and broken plastic recycled coarse aggregate particles), the replacement of recycled coarse aggregate (0, 40%, 70% and 100%), fly-ash content ( 0 and 30%) and cementitious material consumption (300kg/m~3, 400kg/m~3 and 500kg/m3) four factors recycled concrete work on the properties, mechanical properties, shrinkage performance and durability of the impact.The results show that: Plastic particles can significantly improve the performance of recycled coarse aggregate. Plastic recycled coarse particles aggregate concrete water than a simple broken concrete a higher degree of reduced working good. And the compressive strength of a natural aggregate, higher than the simple broken recycled concrete. Shrink value is less than simple broken renewable coarse aggregate concrete, anti-carbonation performance, antifreeze properties and resistance to chloride ion permeability properties are better than simple broken renewable coarse aggregate concrete. After the plastic particles of recycled concrete has been close to the intensity of natural gravel concrete, some intensity even more than natural debris has been nearly 17%, 40% plastic recycled coarse aggregate particles replaced by high-intensity average of about 20%, completely replaced by the intensity close to or even higher than that of natural gravel concrete.Plastic recycled coarse aggregate particles contraction than the simple concrete recycled coarse aggregate concrete broken a big improvement when substitute renewable coarse aggregate rate of 40%, 70% and 100%, the coarse aggregate particles renewable plastic shrinkage of concrete average respectively, over the simple broken concrete small renewable coarse aggregate 13%, 9% and 17% respectively.Fly ash content of 30%, the fly ash content of recycled aggregate concrete anti-carbonation capacity declined slightly, but resistance to chloride ion permeability increase.
