The intercropping between forest and medicine is a two-component intercropping economic and ecological benefits for the integration of efficient cultivation mode of production. In the intercropping between forest and medicine system, because forest shade of light intensity caused by light qualitative change and medicinal plants and inter-plant of allelopathy between species is to determine the success of intercropping key factors. Pinellia peda-tisecta Schott. also named tiger palm nan xing, with dry globular tubers medicine, is important Chinese traditional medicine, has the function of dispelling wind and relieving convulsion, reducing phlegm and resolving masses. Based on Pinellas peda-tisecta Schott. for research materials, adopting sprouting artificial simulated shade and color film test and in different strains of chestnut forest double-space intercropping test, different light intensity, light quality and chestnut strains of palm leaves double-space sprouting growth character, medicinal materials production, medicinal component content (medicinal material quality index) comparison, in addition, but also through different treatment on photo synthetic physiological characteristics, chlorophyll fluorescence properties, cells, the influence of protective enzyme system intercropping cases of light shade medicinal effect yield and quality of epicuticular physiology and ecology mechanism is discussed. As for the basic research of medicine intercropping of chestnut and Pinellas peda-tisecta Schott. of allelopathy intercropping was studied. We conclude that results in the paper such as follows:1. Artificial shade simulation test results were as follows:①Moderate shade was good for the medical material yield of Pinellia pedatisecta Schott. When treated with four kinds of relative light intensity including 100% (no dodging),60%,40% and 20%, the medical material yield of Pinellia pedatisecta Schott presented low-high-low trend along with the weakening of light intensity, and that treated with 40% relative light intensity gave the highest yield. The results of the growth physiological indexes of Pinellia pedatisecta Schott treated with different shade showed that moderate shade could increase the leaf number per plant and areas per leaf. Meanwhile, shade could improve total chlorophyll content and the value of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fv/Fm, and depress the chlorophyll a/b value. The results of the diurnal dynamics of photosynthesis and light response curve indicated that photosynthetic nap phenomenon would take place when Pinellia pedatisecta Schott treated with 100% relatively light intensity. Pinellia pedatisecta Schott treated with 40% relative light intensity gave the highest t efficiency when the weak light was between 0-200μmol.-2.s"1, indicating good adaptability towards shade environment. The results of SOD and POD and CAT show that the activity of three enzymes presented high-low-high change trend along with the attenuation of light intensity, which indicated that certain stress damage would occur when treated with both 100% and 20% relative light intensity. In all, Pinellia pedatisecta Schott gave the heights yield at 40% relative light intensity, and the probable ecological mechanism was it had the biggest leaf areas per plant, the highest chlorophyll content and highest photosynthetic rate at 40% relative light intensity, with no stress damage.②The content of fenugreek alkali, thymine bases,6-oxygen urine, adenine and total alkaloids, polysaccharides and soluble protein showed different regularity towards shade treatment. The detected result of the material collected in October showed that the content of total alkaloid was highest in 100% relatively light intensity (no shade) conditions; the content of three nitrogen compounds, thymine, 6-oxygen purine and adenine was highest in 60% relatively light intensity conditions; the content of polysaccharide was highest in 40% relatively light intensity conditions; the content of fenugreek alkali and soluble protein was highest in 40% relatively light intensity conditions. The fingerprint analysis results of the medical material of Pinellia pedatisecta Schott with different shade treatment showed that there was no significant change in its chemical components.2. Light quality test results showed that:under four kinds of color films with the white (natural light), red, blue and green light treatment, herbs under white light treatment had the highest yield, and the general trend presented white> red> blue >green. Test results to growth characteristics and physiological indexes indicated that leaf numbers of Pinellia pedatisecta change with light quality were in accordance with herb yield. Compare to white light treatment, blue and red light treatment improved the content of chlorophyll, while green light treatment decreased the content of chlorophyll and carotene; In the process of photosynthesis, the trend of Pinellia pedatisecta leaf photosynthetic rate was as follows:white> blue> red> green, the light response curve measurement indicated that under white light treatment, the light energy utilization of Pinellia pedatisecta were higher than the other light quality treatment within the scope of 0-2000μmol.m-2.s-1 available radiation. Under red, blue, white, green light treatment, the change trend of SOD, POD, CAT was high-low-high, and the three kinds of enzymatic activity were higher than other treatments. In conclusion, herb yield were highest under the white light treatment, which was relate to that white light increased leaf numbers of Pinellia pedatisecta, and then improved its photosynthesis ability. Even more important, based on the basic theory of photosynthetic physiology, plant photosynthesis mainly use red and blue light, white is compound light which contains every wave band needed in photosynthesis, while green light is the one plant photosynthesis cannot use, so herb yield under green light treatment was absolutely the lowest.②In the period of June to September, different light quality treatment had significant affect on the accumulation of trigonelline,6-oxypurine and adenine, the general results were that red light could stimulate their accumulation, and there was no significant affect on the content of thymine. The total alkali content under different light quality treatment in June and July presented green> white> red> blue, while from August to October it appeared the contrary tendency. Polysaccharide content of Pinellia pedatisecta from July to October was the highest under the red light treatment; Soluble protein content from September to October presented blue> white> red> green. Analysis result of HPLC finger-print showed different light quality treatment didn't work on the kind of officinal composition.3. The results of chestnut and P. peda-tisecta Schott. intercropping test showed that:①Under T1 (Plant row spacing of 3 by 5 m) treatment, the yeild of palm leaves was the higest. The growth and physiological index analysis showed that with the decrease of the chestnut strains spaced and increase of shade degree, the contents of chlorophyll, chla and chlb were increased; the physiological indexes such as LSP,LCP,Rd and so on reduced, AQY was weaken, Pmax was increased at first and then decreased. With the decrease of the chestnut strains spaced and increase of shade degree, the change trend of SOD, POD and CAT was high-low-high. That showed P. peda-tisecta Schott. Reduced the damage of reactive oxygen species under all optical or weak light stress by maintaining high activates of three enzymes.②Under the intercropping system T1, trigonelline (except in October) etc the four compounds containing N were the highest.(?) The contents of total alkaloids and polysaccharide were the higest under intercropping system T1, while the soluble protein content were the higest under intercropping system T2. It showed that the suitable intercropping system and proper shade could promote the total alkaloid and polysaccharide accumulation, while the chestnut strains spaced smaller interpolating system could promote the accumulation of soluble protein. The fingerprint peak areas of P. peda-tisecta Schott. were different under different intercropping system.4. The result of allelopathy test showed that:chestnut leaves water extraction had some allelopathy on seed germination rate and seedling growth of P. peda-tisecta Schott. When the water extraction concentration was low, the inhibition on the seed of germination rate and seedling growth was smaller. The results of the study about allelopathy inferred that chestnuts and P. peda-tisecta Schott. Could intercrop.The mainly innovation of thesis as the following several aspects:1) Appropriate light intensity, light quality treatment and different for growth and herbs intercropping system could be increasing several bioactive ingredients accumulation through determination of ingredients content; 2) It is found that the effect of HPLC fingerprint on different light intensity, light quality treatment and different for growth and herbs intercropping system among different growth stage of Pinellia peda-tisecta Schott are different; and 3)It is also scientific research that the effect of photosynthetic physiology of Pinellia peda-tisecta Schott on light intensity, light quality treatment and different for growth and herbs intercropping system, and analyse the interrelationship among photosynthetic characteristics, yield and bioactive ingredients.
