The asexual proliferation of Toxoplasma gondii (RH strain ,international standard strain)in mice were studied with stain technique,SDS-PAGE technique,RAPD technique and RT-PCR technique. The changes in individual level ,protein level,DNA level and RNA level were elabrated in this article. At the same time the pathology of mice toxoplasmosis was studied too.The result showed as follows:1 .The various infection ways affected the life of the mices. The tachyzoites of Toxoplasma gondii (RH strain) always led to the death of the mices. But the ways of infection led to the differences of the mice life .The infected mice with peritoneumly injection died firstly, the mice infectd with mouth innocation died secondly and S.D. could prolong the days of mice life ,but couldn't avoid the death. The infection ability of tachyzoites preserved by liquid Nitric was decreased..2.The proliferation ability of toxoplasma gondii changed with the host cells. It was most strong in M φ and weakest in kedney cells. The infection ability changed with the various maturing stages of Toxoplasma gondii. The tachyzoites in mature stage had the most strong infection ability, could increase the infection ability and proliferation ability of Toxoplasma gondii.3.The production ways of Toxoplasma gondii included binary fission, budding, schizogony.Among these ways schizogony was the most common way and it could be conducted in Mφ s, liver cells, spleen cells and heart cells.Clones were always formed during the asexual production and five pattern clones were oberserved .The characteristic of clone's distributionrelated to the host cells. 4.The tachyzoites could avoid the immune inhibition and proliferated in M φ .The tachyzoites developted after infection and mutured at 72h after infection in the pseudocysts.Matured and free tachyzoites moved actively .
